"We are not Vietnamese, so this review focuses on the flavor of the food, not the authenticity. The food is DELICIOUS! We ordered more than what we could finish because we wanted to try a variety of Hue dishes.Highly recommend A7 pork belly rolls. This dish came with rice noodle rolls topped with grilled shrimp and boiled pork belly. It was served with a peanut based sauce. Delicious!H13 fried “pancakes” apologies for not knowing the Vietnamese name of this dish. It came with two “fried pancakes” stuffed with shrimp, pork, and bean sprouts. We did not know how to eat this dish, so we asked. The traditional way is to rip off pieces of a pancake and wrap with lettuce and other veggies. Very good! Will order again!H1 Hue style noodle soup. The broth was rich and delicious. We ordered the noodle with all toppings, including less conventional options, just to try everything. Congealed blood is not my personal favorite, but I’m glad I tried everything. The noodle menu is huge, and I will want to try another noodle soup next time.B1 vermeil with grilled pork and shrimp. Never goes wrong!Overall a meal with three entries and an appetizer came to be around $70. But the cheapest in Little Saigon area but the food was so good! Will definitely come back!"

Great food! I got the bun bo hue. It was great and not too spicy. Staff was very professional and there is plenty of parking.

The food was incredibly delicious and authentic. I absolutely have to try the Bún Bo Huế special. Although the dish looks small, it has a lot of depth in flavor. I would definitely return! View menu

The restaurant offers authentic dishes in a modern setting. Their specialties are bánh bèo and bún bò Huế, both of which are absolutely delicious! I also had the chance to try c?m h?n for the first time, featuring baby clams served with rice, greens, and mussel broth. The service was attentive and efficient.

I visited Hue Oi for the mi quang, and it's the best I've had in OC. The dish was flavorful, clean-tasting, and well-portioned. I only wish they de-shelled the shrimp because once I removed the shells, the shrimp didn't have any flavour remaining, which defeats the purpose of leaving the shells on to retain flavour during the cooking process. All in all though, this place is solid.

This place is so spacious clean. I love the purple ? color interior. The employees are very welcoming and nice.We only ordered 2 items since we didn't have time to eat.1: Bun Bo Hue was delicious with lots of flavorsI thought it could use some more lemongrass but it was friend's favorite; she couldn't stop saying how good it was.2: Banh Beo it was perfect! There were fresh shrimp chunks which I've never seen at other restaurants. I would of gotten 2 orders !I highly recommend this place. View menu

I had an amazing experience! I went in my pajamas, and since it was a last-minute decision, I honestly didn't expect to be seen because of my outfit, haha. Nevertheless, the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. I wasn't quite sure how to eat one of the dishes, so I politely asked the server if I was supposed to add the soup to it, and she helped me without any hesitation. It’s such a lovely place filled with wonderful people! I highly recommend trying their dessert drink—it’s so good that I ended up having two!

Overall, the food was not worth it, but not particularly memorable. We visited for dinner on a Friday and were disappointed to find that three items we wanted were unavailable due to ingredient shortages. Despite only a few groups dining in, it was surprising that they ran out of items (Mi Quang and Banh Khoai) so quickly, especially considering it was only 6pm on a Friday night.I wouldn't recommend it. The food lacks any standout qualities, and the frequent issue of items being out of stock makes the experience unpleasant.

"Sun Vegan: A Hidden Gem in Unassuming Surroundings Nestled within an inconspicuous plaza GOLDEN TRIANGLE, the Sun Vegan's somewhat elusive entrance might initially evade even the most determined foodies. VERY HARD TO FIND THEM THEY ARE IN A CORNER TUCKED AWAY However, the eventual discovery of this hidden gem is undoubtedly worth the search. On my recent visit, the efficiency of service was nothing short of impressive, with my order being swiftly prepared within mere minutes, leaving me pleasantly surprised. I WAS THE FIRST ONE THERE ON A TUESDAY. YELP NEEDS TO UPDATE THEIR HOURS YES THEY WERE OPEN ON THIS TUESDAY. The warm demeanor of the staff, exemplified by the friendly cashier who handled transactions after my meal was ready, added an extra touch of hospitality to the experience. The freshness of the food stood out prominently, leaving me satiated without the discomfort of feeling overly full, a stark contrast to the rubbery texture often associated with the faux meat substitutes in other vegan eateries. HUGE PORTIONS. Amidst the tranquil ambiance of the sparsely populated plaza, Sun Vegan radiated the charm of a family-owned establishment, where the genuine willingness of the staff to assist and engage with patrons created an inviting atmosphere. Intrigued by the array of enticing dishes on offer, including not only traditional Vietnamese fare but also a selection of American dishes such as hamburgers and non-Vietnamese options like vegan tacos, I found myself eager to return and explore more of their diverse menu. This versatile approach makes Sun Vegan an ideal destination for both those seeking authentic Vietnamese flavors and individuals craving familiar American classics, ensuring a delightful dining experience for all. THEY HAVE EVERYTHING FOR EVERYONE."
