"We came in on a lazy Sunday morning. There were 4 others sitting in chairs talking in the dining room. There were no cars in the drive-thru. After ordering a pumpkin harvest muffin, a waffle, and a egg and ham in bowl to go along with 3 beverages we were hopeful for a tasty morning treat. After about 10 minutes all of the drinks were made. After 30 minutes there was still no waffle, muffin or egg and ham. Finally, a waffle emerged for another table. One of the two workers expressed issues with the waffle iron and the delay. After a couple of more waffles were given out it was time for ours. The toppings were not exact but we were the only ones still without a waffle. We took it, the ham and egg came out with melted cheese. I explained I only requested egg and hamno cheese, no bread. The attendant kept saying there was no up charge but that doesn’t take away the mold allergy I have and in ability to eat cheese. I asked for a refund and the muffin. Finally, the muffin was not available and a replacement had to be offered. I have no confidence the refund is going to make it back on my card, I Just asked for a refund receipt but that wasn’t possible. I just wanted the ham and egg refunded. These two should have more help on a weekend morning with a fuller understanding of equipment they are using."

The lemon blueberry muffins were excellent. The chai tea was made with real tea leafs and the breve latte was good. I would recommend this coffee house to everyone.
