"The service was quick and accommodating, and if they're not too busy, your food will arrive hot and fresh. The drinks menu is somewhat limited, primarily featuring canned sodas and bottled water. However, they do offer three lovely varieties of hot tea, which are a refreshing change from the typical Lipton served at many buffet-style Chinese places. Most dishes are served family-style, which means you'll get your main courses and sides on large plates, along with a bowl of rice for each person—no side plates here. They also offer hot pot, a fun option for a group of friends looking to try something different that isn’t widely available. Just be sure to give them a day's notice so they can prepare all the necessary ingredients for your outing. Portion sizes are generous; individual meals are available only if you choose a combination option. Otherwise, the other menu items are a la carte, with small portions easily serving two people and larger portions suitable for four. Keep this in mind unless you’re in the mood for leftovers! Everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. The refreshing cucumber salad was so good that I wouldn’t hesitate to order a large portion for a family dinner. The fried tofu was slightly overcooked for my liking, but I personally prefer mine a bit softer, so that’s just a matter of taste rather than a complaint. Regarding their hot and sour soup, while it might not surpass my homemade version, it certainly stands out for its balanced flavors—many places tend to serve bland versions. Overall, Dumpling House has become one of my favorite restaurants in Muncie!"

"The point of rapid order-ahead is to shorten the wait. Instead I waited in their drive-through line for 20 minutes, just to find out that they hadn't even STARTED my food yet. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, both had ordered ahead, and one of them was just getting a fountain soda. Yeah, we were in line long enough to have a whole convo about the wait. And since their drive-through doesn't have an off-ramp for folks giving up, you're stuck for the duration! This Panera is achingly slow. The food is adequate, but they need to work on speed. They're not any faster if you park and go inside, but at least then you have the option of escape. This is the third time I've gotten stuck waiting on food here in the last 30 days. "Our server was great but the food was subpar.I ordered the shrimp scampi add chicken.Maybe im use to Red Lobster with their scampi being buttery and garlicky, but my scampi and Olive Garden was almost dry. The best part of my entree was the added chicken. The rest of our party was not happy with their food either. With every entree at or above $20, the food should be good..imoThe salad and bread sticks were pretty good but the Alfredo dipping sauce seems like it's changed in the last few years"

"Awful awful awful! We ordered onion rings and they were very dark brown, and the color was because of grease not the way it was cooked. We set the onion rings on the white plate. There was dark brown grease on the plate and then we were thinking. Maybe the food would be fine but the burgers were so salty. We did not eat them. I told the waitress we did not care for the food and you could tell that we did not eat it, she gave us a five dollar discount because we still ordered food and we still ate it even though it was obvious I only took one bite and my daughter didn’t eat her food at all. The waitress told me was unhappy with the food I should have stayed home and cooked"

"I have ordered twice here. Something different each time. And with a decent amount of time between orders. Can?t really comment on the staff because all they did was take my order and my money. No other interaction was offered. The non-fried dishes were par for the course, nothing really special. However, their fried foods were nasty tasting. The oil tasted like something was badly burnt in it or just plain old. The burnt flavor overpowered the dish and it was like eating burnt toast. I?ve never been to Japan to taste local cuisine , maybe that is authentic and normal. But I have been coast to coast and border to border. Never have I tasted such a burnt oil flavor before regardless of the style of food. Go next door and get great food every time."
