"Wow! What a great memory relived. This is our first experience in the new location great spot. It was busy so we opted for al fresco. With the outdoor seating covered and on the east side of the building, we were protected from the summer sun and enjoyed the breeze through. We ordered our nostalgic favorites, including the classic Rueben, but switched it up on grilled wheatberry what? Where has this been all my life...???! And of course, with what I've been dreaming of since moving back from Georgia potato pancakes : The service was quick, cheerful and full of helpful suggestions as we got reacquainted with our old go to's. A lovely lunch to fulfill a nostalgic family day. Thank you, Izzy's you did not disappoint!"

Overall, everything tasted fantastic, but our sandwiches were missing lettuce, and the potato cakes were a bit tough.

We got takeout, but it was so good. We loved the latkes. They were so crisp and crunchy. Would definitely go there again when we are in town.

Delicious carryout from Izzy's in Florence tonight. My Codfather sandwich and potato pancake was delicious, and my husband got the Corn-beef Swiss sandwich with baked potato salad.

Definitely don’t go through the drive through. They carelessly put our food and order together. Our toasted sandwiches were ice cold. Missing items from our order. Employee at the window was rude.

I just have to say that my experience at Izzy's completely blew me away. The service was exceptional, surpassing that of other restaurants, and the food was both delicious and expertly prepared. Amazing food and great people. The sandwiches, potato pancakes and desserts are incredible quality. The service is top-notch: I no longer live in NKY and try to stop here when I can. Despite only showing up once every few months, Justin remembers us and is always extremely friendly. If you haven't tried Izzy's, it's a Cincy/NKY staple.

The flavor is excellent as always, but the amount of corned beef on the sandwiches for the price they charge is bordering on criminal. I remember when their Reubens were generously piled high with corned beef, but now it's a disgrace what they have turned into. I've been a loyal customer of Izzy's for more years than I can recall, but after today, I don't think I'll ever spend that much on such a meager sandwich again.
