"The worst jacks I have been too! How does a big franchise restaurant run out of things! I have worked in the restaurant business and I know when some one is lying because they are too lazy to do their job and they got fired! The lady told us they didn’t have coke any more! Also when we tried to get a milkshake (just like McDonald’s) they had an excuse to not make it! Sheesh why promote items if they have employees who don’t care about it’s costumers by not wanting to fully work the job! Just saying"

Always love Somerville Jacks!Parking: Plenty of parking and big parking lot for semi trucks in back and this jacks has both entrances and exits on State Hwy 67 and State Hwy 36 which makes it a perfect choice for truck drivers.

The dirtiest restaurant I have ever been to. Smelled horrible and EVERYTHING was sticky. The staff is also very rude. We love jacks but will never be returning to this one again. Too many employees worried about smoke breaks and not about customer service. View menu

I waited 30 minutes just to place my order. I didn't stick around after that, but I noticed that as we were leaving, they took someone else's order immediately. This restaurant is located in Somerville, AL, so you can imagine what the service is like. It felt like the older staff, particularly two elderly white women who were taking orders on April 7, were not providing the best service, almost like they were out of sorts.

I've tried to give this Jack's multiple chances, but it consistently disappoints. Last night, I arrived at 6:15 PM, which I think is a perfectly reasonable time for dinner, and was informed that they were already closed. There were still two cars ahead of me waiting for their food. According to Google and their website, their hours state they close at 10 PM. It's just absurd. I really don't understand how this location continues to operate.
