"Excellent Restaurant and great service as usual, we had been waited on by the same waiter before and he was excellent. We have been dining at Jaspers since 2005 we come here for just about every occasion. Calamari was great however the steak was a little tough but overall the food and service was top notch I would choose Jaspers over most Restaurants in Collin County"

The blue cheese appetizer was excellent as usual. Short ribs and prime rib both excellent and the half price wine with the prime rib made for a great evening

My husband and I immensely enjoyed the Friday night prime rib special and a lovely bottle of EnRoute Pinot noir. The prime rib was the best we have aver had! We will be doing this much more often!

Went on a Saturday nice and service was slow at the beginning: no one brought water right away, or menus, and we had to ask for those, and bread. I guess everyone's cutting back on carbs these days, but still, it would have been nice to ask us.

We were celebrating my parent’s anniversary and mine and my husband’s anniversary. They went out of their way to make our night special and memorable. The service was impeccable and the food was delicious! We’ll definitely be heading back there soon!
