"Here’s a suggestion for the bar owners: have the waitstaff take care of the tables! By making customers wait in line, you’re losing out on significant alcohol sales. Most patrons have full-time jobs during the week, so the last thing they want on a Friday night is to queue for drinks, especially when you've hired a band and have a packed house. Furthermore, when we tried to settle our tab, no one seemed to know about it. Fortunately, we are honest, but this could have easily led to a loss for you. On busy nights, your alcohol sales are crucial, and not serving your customers properly really detracts from that. We could have simply walked out without paying, which would have hurt your bottom line. All your servers should be well-versed in the bar menu and capable of managing multiple tables. This strategy would not only enhance your sales but also increase their tips. The way you’re currently running your establishment is costing you and your staff money—there’s definitely room for improvement."

The Husker fans here seem a bit down. The burgers are quite tasty, and I would definitely recommend them over the other dishes I've tried. The selection of tap beer is also pretty good.

I absolutely love their Philly Skillet; it's my favorite choice whenever I'm in Holdrege. Everything I've tried there, from the appetizers to the salad bar to the chicken fried steak, has been fantastic. Meal type: Lunch. Food: 5 stars. Service: 5 stars. Atmosphere: 5 stars.

I had an incredible roast with mashed potatoes and carrots at this restaurant! The roast was simply outstanding—you could cut it effortlessly with a fork, and it melted in my mouth. I really hope they bring this dish back as a special soon! The staff was wonderful, and the owners even stopped by to check on how I enjoyed my meal. I will definitely be returning!
