"I hired this restaurant for my mother's party and everything was absolutely delicious! The food was delivered on time and everyone couldn't stop raving about how tasty each dish was. The Cuban pulled pork was outstanding, as well as the Island chicken, rice and peas, and even the Mac and cheese had the perfect blend of spices that made them stand out. I can't recommend them enough, including the fantastic potato salad and coconut milk-infused white rice. Many guests went back for seconds and thirds, which was a huge compliment, especially since most of us were Caribbean. We were able to get everything we wanted at a better price compared to other restaurants we considered. Thank you to Anthony and the rest of the staff for making the party a success!"

Curry was ok. I've had better and I've had worse so somewhere in the middle.. Service was great. The catfish was pretty damn good tho. The mild j wasn't tasty at all we didn't eat it. Sides were just ok as well

J chicken, brisket tacos, sweet potatoes and beans are all on point. Chicken falls right off the bone and that taco is an experience by itself. The guys are very nice, great music and the establishment is clean and up to date. View menu

Hands down the best place to eat in the entirety of Fredericksburg. Every single thing on the menu is fantastic, every side, everything. It may be actually my favorite thing in Fredericksburg. Jerks of the Carribean is simply the best.

6 of us came in on Saturday. This was our third visit. We had oxtails, curry chicken, curry shrimp, fried whiting. Mac and cheese, green beans, rice, corn on the cob. Also coco bread. All of it was DELICIOUS as usual and the staff there is always nice. Always a good vibe.

This restaurant is a fantastic place for a relaxed and tasty meal! I personally love the spicy dishes and curry, and have enjoyed everything I've tried. But my ultimate favorite is the Ox Tail Stew they serve on the weekends! The menu is always changing and I can't wait to see what they add next... maybe some brisket? View menu

Myself and sister had an overall wonderful experience. The staff here are very down to earth type people. However the dining area was very narrow. It was cold out. So eating outside dining wasn't an option. The food was ok. However I have never eaten stewed oxtails and felt the heat game from the spice was on ?. Not a big fann of stewed oxtails. Wish there were more options in the flavor of the oxtails.

O.M.G. So good. Food is put together when you order. We had wings, ribs, 1/4 chicken. All come with two sides. Mac and cheese like you never had before (Fridays and Saturdays only for the macNcheese). They have spicy and mild to taste. Sweet tea is really good too. Coors Light, Yuengling, Models, Red Stripe, Corona Extra, Guinness and Heineken in bottles. Sides were all phenomenal. You really need to come check this place out and support a local small business... you will not be disappointed!!!

"We had lunch at Tito's yesterday, a Monday and a federal holiday, which meant that most of the other local places were closed. It also meant that there was a bit of a rush of customers and only one waitress on staff. Still, we were seated immediately (in a large, comfortable booth and the hostess brought our little one a coloring page and crayons (the triangular ones! We were then greeted immediately by our waitress, a lovely blonde woman with such a pleasant demeanor who got our drink order and took a moment to converse with the little one and make her feel relaxed and comfortable, and making us feel like family. The waitress went above and beyond. She addressed the little one by name and they exchanged little jokes, and she was so encouraging when my girl was trying to order her own meal. Honestly, we never noticed any delay and we looked forward to our encounters with this waitress whose visits felt more like fun than business. The waitress brought little one's food first which is very astute. You can probably guess that the drink was in a lidded container; also smart. And on top of all of this, our food was SO delicious! The bacon was perfectly crisp and the cinnamon bun pancakes... WOW! The cinnamon was cooked to this delicious crunchiness. Trust me, you do not need syrup! We had such a great time there that my whole family was just so relaxed. The little one actually ate all her food without any argument or prompting, and we all left completely happy despite the gray, drizzle-y day. We were the most joyful people in CP afterward and spent some time shopping and purchasing from local businesses, all because of the infectious joy of this absolutely lovely person and the great time we had at Tito's."
