Poor customer service, workers are so rude and racist, i don't suggest visit.!!!

Worse service ever , 1 hr and 20 min for a delivery!!! How do you manage that!! Lie to customers about driver around the corner !

It took an hour for two sandwiches to arrive, which was very slow. One sandwich was missing extra toppings that were paid for. I was very disappointed, especially considering it cost over $30 and I didn't forget to leave a tip.

I arrived at 10:00 a.m. with a large order, expecting some attitude. Instead, I was greeted by the most pleasant young lady. While I'm sure the sandwiches will be delicious, it was Leah's outstanding service that will definitely bring me back.

I placed order at 12:14 for as soon as possible delivery. Order said it would be delivered at 12:44. Order still didn’t arrive, I called at 1:07 and spoke to manager. He stated they were short staffed and he would be leaving out the door with my order. Order did not arrive till 1:40. Almost an hour and half for my order to be delivered. That is absolutely ridiculous, certainly not “freaky fast”. This is also not the only time this has happened. View menu

This Jimmy John's location is disappointing. I've tried it multiple times since it's nearby, but the sandwiches are mostly bread and barely have any meat, and the bread often tastes stale. A few weeks ago, I spoke with someone who claimed to be the manager, and he really needs to work on his people management skills. To be blunt, his attitude was awful. I just can't justify spending my money on subpar food while being treated like an inconvenience. I won't be coming back again.

Last Saturday, I went with my three children, and it appeared to be a busy afternoon at the restaurant. Despite being swamped and dealing with an upset customer, the staff still greeted us warmly. All the employees were quite young, well-trained according to health regulations, and did their best to accommodate every customer. However, I witnessed a troubling situation when a lady yelled at one of the young workers—who wore glasses—and another young man who had dark hair and a beard. The girl offered the dissatisfied customer a replacement sandwich, but she didn’t seem pleased at all and threw the sandwich at the two workers. #81/2023So I've had numerous sandwiches from here I'm surprised over the years I never dropped a review.No need for a giant one it's like any other Jimmy John's although a few things kind of disgruntled me I found out on this last visit here on the 15th of December 2023Corporate office has decided to eliminate some of my favorite mustards the Jimmy mustard and the Gray Poupon dijon mustard and they're just going to have the regular old yellow mustard whoppee:⁠ ⁠(We'll see what happens there when I like to get my roast beefs.
