"I ordered a sandwich and a drink and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past the expected delivery time before I called to check on my order. They informed me that the driver had just left. After another 15 minutes, which made it an hour in total since I placed my order, I asked if I should look outside my door for my food. I went to check, and there it was. They mentioned that my doorbell wasn't working, so I pressed it to test it. It rang just fine, and both my phone and Alexa received notifications. I suggested that they might consider knocking if someone doesn’t answer the door, instead of leaving the food on the ground near the trash cans. They insisted they knocked, but I was only 15 feet away and would have heard it. I've never had this issue with DoorDash, Domino's, or Walmart delivery. In the end, my food was there, but I couldn't help but wonder how long it had been sitting outside."

Rather bizarre that this eatery is in an area where nothing else is open late, yet they are open till midnight. Had the ceasar wrap, tasted different than i expected it to, but it was good. Service was iffy, only one person there when we came in, then finally after several minutes an employee walks in from outdoors, then another couple of minutes later another employee comes in. That sped up the service finally, it was really slow until then.

This is a typical Jimmy John's, so many aspects are consistent across locations. However, what sets this one apart is the friendly and efficient staff who promptly take your order. The dining area and restrooms are impeccably clean, and the ingredients seem to be extremely fresh. Parking: There's only street parking available, which may be challenging to find a nearby spot depending on the time of day. Kid-friendliness: They offer child-sized menu items, and I believe I noticed a high chair available.
