"I ordered a sandwich and a drink and ended up waiting an extra 15 minutes past the expected delivery time before I called to check on my order. They informed me that the driver had just left. After another 15 minutes, which made it an hour in total since I placed my order, I asked if I should look outside my door for my food. I went to check, and there it was. They mentioned that my doorbell wasn't working, so I pressed it to test it. It rang just fine, and both my phone and Alexa received notifications. I suggested that they might consider knocking if someone doesn’t answer the door, instead of leaving the food on the ground near the trash cans. They insisted they knocked, but I was only 15 feet away and would have heard it. I've never had this issue with DoorDash, Domino's, or Walmart delivery. In the end, my food was there, but I couldn't help but wonder how long it had been sitting outside."
