"The service was painfully slow; it honestly felt like my dog could have prepared a better sandwich. I waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes, and by the time I finally got my food, my car was out of gas. When my order finally arrived, the food was scorching hot, and I was hoping for something cooler. To make matters worse, I found a long strand of hair in my meal. If it were possible, I wouldn't give them any stars at all."

It was a frustrating experience that felt like a waste of time and money. Customizing my sandwich was a letdown—despite paying extra, I didn't receive what I ordered. This has happened too often. I’ve decided not to support JJs anymore.

I was walking past jimmy johns when suddenly my grandma had a heart attack Laurence came running out. He carried her over his shoulder all the way to the ER. He got us there freaky fast. A+ service A+ food, 10/10 will try to come again.

The last time in the drive thru took almost 20 minutes with one car in front of me that only got one sandwich and no apology for the wait. The have forgotten the avocado on the #12 sandwich before, and this time they forgot the lettuce. A little more attention to detail would be nice!! View menu

Nothing is worse than a mubbler in the drive through window, on top of that he seemed to be put out by my order. I just got to town, checked in my hotel, headed to find food since I had been traveling since 2:45am... my order wasn't tough JJ BLT, extramayo and lettuce it had neither.. Please put someone with some excitement in your drive through, or teach them to fake it!

The employees at this restaurant have an incredibly positive attitude. Even though the lobby was closed, they allowed me, as a trucker, to place my order inside. When the internet was acting up, I jokingly mentioned the old school credit card machines with the hand receipt, which led to a good laugh and a great conversation. Overall, the employees seemed to work well together and the interaction was fantastic.
