"Had the cappuccino with a shot on the side. They gave me a spoon and sparkling water on the side, which is a definite plus. The cappuccino was done very well, and the flavor/temp of the milk was excellent. The espresso was delicious and sweet. Would definitely recommend and I'll be back to see how consistent they are. Awesome place!"

"Aslan Brewery is one of my favorite places to eat in town. It has options for everyone if you have a group of mixed preferences. The Katsu tofu sandwich is a delicious and super crunchy vegetarian burger. Vegan options are the curry bowl with an option to add yams, chickpeas or tofu. There are also several appetizers and options to modify. The bowl was huge and very filling, I would definitely order again. The waitstaff is always down to earth and fabulous. They are also very knowledgeable if you have a specific allergy."

"We really enjoyed our dining experience at Lombardi?s last night . The focaccia bread and bowl of olive oil with a few roasted garlic cloves was deliciously over the top . The portions are delightfully generous, which means leftovers for tomorrow. Ourglasses of Prosecco were pored perfectly and at the correct temperature to enjoy the bubbles and taste . Yummy! My pizza wasexactly what I expect in a pie , a chewy texture with a crispy crust , so good ! Our table service was also outstanding as well,nicely attentive not intrusive. We were too full for dessert, but their offerings I?m sure would have been delicious. It was alovely evening at Lombardi?s."

"This is the perfect spot for WWU students who want to dine with a group at a Pho restaurant. The atmosphere is great, and the food is fantastic. The Pho bowls are so generous in size that it’s hard to believe anyone can finish one! Our waiter was friendly and assisted me in navigating the 19 different Pho options to find one that didn't include raw meat and that I’d enjoy. He made an excellent recommendation! We also tried the boba smoothies, which were tasty. It’s a popular place among college students, and it’s conveniently located right by campus and nearby hotels."

"The Pollo en Mole was outstanding. There are only two Mexican restaurants in Whatcom County that serve a delicious brown Oaxaca mole, and this one definitely stands out. The Chori Pollo was absolutely out of this world. As a mole expert, I couldn’t resist trying the Chori Pollo, and I was thrilled by the generous portion of chicken. It’s definitely a dish I will order again!"
