"It's a burger joint, so it really can't be compared with a five-star, sit-down restaurant with impecable food, setting, staff and cleanliness, but in its class, it earns a solid 4 from me. 5 for service thanks to the manager who greeted me so warmly, connected, was thoughtful about educating me, a first timer, about the menu, and pre-emptively anticipated all my potential needs from fry dipping options to refill. 3 for the burger and fries, both served wonderfully hot and fresh, but otherwise unremarkable. The place was bright and relatively clean for a fast food joint. Plenty of parking in lot with street parking also available for overflow. Really, it was the manager who earned the kudos that will get me back here to try another menu item next time I'm in town."

"As for parking, there was plenty of space available and it was easy to enter and exit the lot. I noticed there weren't many kids around, likely because it was a bit late for them. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible, with wide doors, no speed bumps, and spacious aisles."

"Jacobs has fantastic burgers/sides/ and shakes that will make you slurp the last drop that bothers your mommas nerves lol. But really the shakes are incredibly delicious, and if you want it thick, they dont charge extra. Sure the largest one is $5 and change but its like a whole meal!! I order a sm. Fry and my incredible strawberry shake every time! Im stuffed after that! They really arent expensive. They keep up with all the others, but you also get what you pay for!!! JACOBS HAS KEPT THEIR REPUTATION SINCE THEY STARTED ACROSS THE STREET CADDY CORNER 10 years ago!!! Kudos guys!!! Keep up the great work!!!MY SON AND I appreciate you!!"

"Joined the crew for our biweekly Hangout on Friday. Food was delicious, drinks were cold. The mango margarita is amazing, don 't let the price scare you... It 's big enough to share with a friend (you can split the cost I got the shredded beef taco single it combo with just rice. Very delicious but also I 'm not too keen on the salad bed included on the plate. Too much lettuce for me. There was this small bit of cornbread that was melt in your mouth tasty, I 'd get an order of just that! Everyone had a great time eating and talking. Can 't wait for the next Hangout! Parking: Limited parking but still easy to get a spot. Wheelchair accessibility: Handicap parking right outside the door. "Well, I changed my 5 stars to 1 and would tell you to not waist your money here. Since the old manager left this place all of a sudden lost the ability to make a pizza. If you want a soggy mess that is basically soup pizza then great, but they can't cook a custom pizza if there life depends on it. I've had them mess up my last two orders in a row and over all the last 5 times I've eating there they messed up 3 times. Had my business for close to 15 years, but that changes as of today. Learn how to make a dang pizza!"
