You know a restaurant is delicious when the wait is up to 30 minutes Self explanatory. Staff is vey attentive, and quick to your request.

I know it 's the AYCE rules, but it 's just a terrible experience to get charged for leftovers because we couldn 't finish their bad food. It was just 1 roll, and we really didn 't like it (easy on the cream cheese people).Aside from that their food is pretty mid. View menu

Great place to eat. It's a bit pricey, but we visit here as often as we can. Little scarce on the dessert menu though. All in all good family eatery.Vegetarian options: They have veggie options too.Parking: The parking space during slow times is adequate, but it can be hard to find parking during busy hours.Wheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessible parking, entry, and seating.

I haven't been here for awhile so wanted to try all you can eat sushi again. The service and ambiance are not bad but the food wasn't good. The sushi rolls are big and too much rice makes you full so you cannot eat other rolls . They used ground tuna not the whole piece so it wasn't good to me. Corn cheese tasted like they use the cheese from instant mac cheese cup. I wouldn't come back here again.

First time here,Very yummy...Waiter messed up on our roll n insisted we eat it but if you leave any, they charge the roll and he said then cancel the next one n just eat this one..try the other next time UH NO lol He 's like but the cook will get mad at me for ordering wrong ...Sorry but grow up buddy lolOther than that, very cool place to stuff your face.I dont recommend any of the baked ones though View menu

I gotta say, this place used to be the place to go when it came to getting sushi. Nowadays, the service is horrible. The waits are super long for no reason, and the “best” way to avoid waiting times was to call and order ahead. They never pick up the phone, so you have to go in person, wait 15-30 minutes to just order to go. This time had to be the worst, I waited 30 minutes, the lady in the front if I could place an order and she just straight up ignored me many times. Worst customer service period!

Don’t be fooled by the restaurants high rating. This restaurant serves garbage quality rolls that are so huge; they’re pretty much laughing at you as you feel forced to finish all the food not to incur a penalty for food wasting. Oh and the way in which they elevate their review score is by offering free drinks/dessert for positive (fake) reviews. When you do go if you order one roll (choice) you’ll get a roll that is so carb intensive and fat and if you don’t like the taste of it after sampling a piece; your stuck- cause they serve whole rolls! You feel scammed into visiting this restaurant; beware of this place and AVOID!!!

Kenzo Sushi is an affordable AYCE casual sushi option in San Jose, CA. The quality and flavors are commensurate with the price point, which I would rank on the higher side of moderate. Where Kenzo truly wins is the variety of their hot, cold, and sushi offerings, which are more than what I've seen in the area so far. I am withholding one star due to ambiance, which is too bright for the cement and industrial design of the venue. An improvement would be to have dimmable LED incandescent style bulbs with a yellow hue (2700K light temperature) to make the venue seem more upscale, mysterious, and classy.
