"This restaurant is a charming establishment that feels like it's stuck in time, with warm and welcoming waitstaff and a family-owned atmosphere that has been around for decades. The owner is a fantastic person who is carrying on his mother's legacy in the community of Kerman, offering fantastic service and delicious food (and don't forget to try their margaritas!). The prices are fair and the overall experience is wonderful. It has become our family's favorite place to dine. Thank you, Eloy!"

"I suggest giving this place a miss and opting for Subway instead. My experience might have been impacted by ordering online, but I felt the prices were not justified. This restaurant used to be great, but that's no longer the case. My cold mini sandwich wasn’t what I had ordered, although my husband and sons were pleased with their meals. Unfortunately, they didn't even receive the fries they had asked for. When I inquired about our order a few minutes later, I was told it wasn't ready yet. We could have spent half as much at our local Subway. I won't be coming back."

"I am visiting Kerman for youth football and tried to call the store 6 times, in half an hour, with no one ever answering. I drove to the location and found no customers in the store and while standing to wait to order, the phone is ringing with no oneacknowledging it. There were several people standing around with one lady taking an order before someone leaving from work,yelled back to have someone help in the front. A person came to the front and assisted the employee who was already taking anorder before walking away, there were 3 people waiting to order. We got two personal pizzas, one medium pizza, wings, and drinksand it cost us over $70. Over priced and horrible customer service."

"The lady that works there in the morning has a BAD attitude! She's horrible at customer service! Very rude! I took my business to Cecilia's in kerman, because I hated dealing with her. Not worth the wait and overpriced food. I wish I can give them no stars!"

"The food at this restaurant tastes pretty good, especially the noodles. However, they tend to skimp on the portion size. I always end up with a small amount of noodles and a lot of rice. It's important to come at the right time to get a good portion. The restaurant gets really busy during lunch. The place is usually clean when I leave, although I have noticed some things missing. The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant. Overall, one of the best restaurants in Kerman. I always come here when I want something quick and satisfying."
