Ahmed puts lots of care and passion into making the best food possible. He stays open for long hours and has built a wonderful community of fans. Found King Halal on Uber Eats. We have been looking for a great Halal place that knows their food in Astoria… This is It. The food quality was outstanding and the service was amazing. We requested sauce on the side and our request was heard. Our only negative was we wish we had ordered two platters each! It’s that good. View menu

Delicious halal cart with affable proprietor. The falafel is incredibly fresh! EDIT: Just had it a second time. I’ve had halal platters in almost every borough, across many years, and this is maybe the absolute best halal I’ve encountered. The mixed platter just fired on every possible cylinder. You will not be disappointed.
