"Been there a lot, food is very good. I wouldn't normally leave a bad review for a place I've visited numerous times but I saw different staff and after I called also and maybe they didn't understand properly but it didn't get me anywhere and made me more annoyed. Needless to say I ordered a chicken platter with rice and asked if I could add Kefta on. Platter was around $12 or so, they charged $9 to add kefta. That photo is EXACTLY what I receieved, look at the edges of the tray its not even half full and $9 for those leftovers on top?. There is no rice in there at all, just a handful of chicken, a side of salad and a token portion of kefta on top. Full price with tax this was around $23. Just wow. Bad experience."

Awesome food, especially the falafel. Best around. Great team. Fast and friendly. They handle difficult customers as pros.

This restaurant is usually quite good, but I unfortunately experienced food poisoning last night. I've spent the entire day in the bathroom. I ordered a Teaser platter with extra white sauce and their new garlic sauce.

This is by far the best shawarma truck in Manhattan. The portions are great, a lot of options, and the service is amazing. While I was ordering the owner offered me a falafel and preceded to add 3 free falafels to my order. Unbelievably good! View menu

I left New York 7 years ago and I missed the chicken and rice I used to eat from this guys all the time, could not find something that matched it in Miami, came back with my wife now and had it and can safely say, flavor and deliciousness remains… really happy to have visited!

There’s a reason they call it the king of falafel. Best falafel and shawarma out there. Not only does the food live up to the name but the service does too. Nothing has changed from the cart to the brick and mortar. Bring someone to eat with you because you’re going to get a platter that is stuffed to the brim.

I love this place. I have been ordering from them for years and they remain consistently delicious ! My go to is the falafel platter with white sauce on the side and WOW. 10/10. I tried their rice pudding for the first time and it was perfect. Just the right amount of sweetness. The price is beyond reasonable for the generous amount of food included.Vegetarian options: Falafel platter and eggplant View menu

My friend and I ordered the chicken and falafel platter with basmati rice, which turned out to be a generous portion—just right for the two of us. We decided to dine in, and the staff served our meal with forks, napkins, a plate, white sauce, and red sauce. The food was simply fantastic! We finished it so quickly and couldn’t stop praising how delicious it was. We can’t wait to return and explore more dishes on the menu!

The atmosphere is nice, and I really love Palestinian cuisine, but I have to ask: how can you serve hummus without pita bread? I waited for 30 minutes, hoping the waitress would bring it, and when I finally asked her, she told me it’s a separate order. Seriously? I’d gladly pay for it just to enjoy my meal properly. This was really disappointing and showed a lack of service. As for the chicken, it was poorly prepared and practically inedible.
