Customer service was now good at all. For a person who is trying them for the 1st time. And the food quality was super low too

I absolutely love this place! It has been around for a long time for a reason. The food is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly.

Fantastic family atmosphere with authentic flavors! The staff is friendly and attentive. They offer pocket bread, which is a rare find. I had a wonderful experience and they ensure prompt service. Highly recommend!

The food and service are amazing. The staff always checks in on you to make sure you are happy. Love the customization that comes with setting up your food. Different choices to add to your bowl is great and you can make it spicy or not.

The food was enjoyable, though not exceptional. It could have used a little more flair to really stand out. The service was excellent, but I found it challenging to understand the bill since it wasn't provided in English, making it difficult to track how everything added up. This restaurant is a fantastic choice for the area. The quality of the meat and the sauces are outstanding. I've tried several other places nearby, but the meat was often dry, thin, and tough. I appreciate that the garlic is clearly visible in the garlic sauce, and I love the option to add extra granulated garlic or curry powder to enhance the flavors.

They do things a little different here as far as making your bowl. They bring you the meat and then you add your toppings. They use the white noodles I am more of a fan of the orange ones. The sign for the sauces didn't really make sense especially since the sauces were not labeled. The only topping that I wish they had was celery. Very disappointed in the to-go portion size for the money. For what you pay it should be a separate bowl for noodle and another for veggies/meat. They give you the meat which isn't that much to start and then expect you to fit everything in one bowl. Not only is it messy it just isn't a good value for $14 and change. These are AYCE prices for a single serving. Makes no sense.Also the last time I got the pocket bread it was hard and not fully puffed. That bread was the one special thing this place had that kept me coming back but I'm done now.Definitely NOT the best Mongolian BBQ in the valley, that would be pretty sad.
