"Might as well close the store. Customer service sucks and I can’t ever get a coffee because there’s always an issue with the machine ??? I came in and asked for a latte. “Latte machine is broken” okay I’ll get a caramel iced coffee, gets handed a black iced coffee no caramel no milk. I asked him what’s this and he says a coffee. Asked to put cream, and he added the “cream” hiding the cup and hands it to me all sticky and wet from the coffee. I threw the coffee out, didn't feel comfortable drinking something he had to hide from me to “fix” . Meal type: Breakfast"

Krispy kreme donuts are always delicious. This location I had a pleasant experience. When I walked in I was greeted. My order was placed with accuracy and it took no time to receive it. I was even rewarded a discount for the next purchase and the cashier was very helpful with how I can redeem it after completing a survey.
