"The tea was really nice, although it was a bit pricey. I was surprised by the $0.90 charge just to heat it up! As of 2022, the tea is still quite good, and I noticed that the service was much quicker during this visit."

I used to love this place for Boba, but I found a cockroach in my drink, and I will never return. Food rating: 1/5.

The tea was pretty good, but also rather pricey. $0.90 surcharge to heat your tea? Yowza!2022 Update: pretty good still! Service was much quicker this time. View menu

My favorite drink here is the peach oolong tea with mango popping boba. The combination is fantastic! Just a tip: they often run out of the mango popping boba, likely due to its popularity.

I absolutely love BOBA! It can get pretty crowded, but the service is usually quick—typically taking around 10 minutes or less. I'm a huge fan of their drinks and often stop by during my work breaks.

"No soup/sandwich shop compares in terms of price per quality, portion size, and different options in the area. I only started ordering from here about 2 weeks ago and I’ve now had 7 different kinds of soups and 4 different kinds of sandwiches after the first order I started ordering two soups and a sandwich aka a soup to save for later because they’re just that good, every one of them. Price is so very reasonable and depending on which combo you get you can make out with a full sized sandwich and large sized homemade soup for $14.While it’s hard to recommend one thing over another in this circumstance since it’s all been great in their own ways, the Chicken Chowder is something I plan on getting a quart of next time it’s available. The Chicken Barley and Chicken Lemon Rice are ones I plan on getting quarts of in the future as well, and that’s not to discount the Chicken Noodle, Beef and Veg Noodle Stew, French Onion, and the current seasonal Chilled Gazpacha (which I probably wouldn’t have even tried it wasn’t from these guys . It’s all top quality. The Chicken Tarragon sandwich is my favorite in terms of sandwiches although it can’t combo with a soup as of now (please let us! . The best cheap soup combo sandwich is a tossup between the Cilantro Tuna and Ciabatta Sandwich, which are both incredible in their own ways. The only few drawbacks to this place are they don’t have every soup they make every day, are only open until 4PM, and aren’t open on the weekends. That said it’s worth it to plan accordingly for this. I never review anything but this place is worth it it’s the best if you’re a soup and sandwich person like I am."
