"Solid drinks. I've recently been getting the honey oolong milk tea hot since it's been cold outside. It is a little sweet, so maybe decrease the sweetness. In the summertime, I do like their fruit teas. They also carry crystal Boba, which is a great alternative when I'm not feeling for something so heavy. This location normally has one staff member working in the times I've visited so if it's a little crowded, be patient!"

I enjoy the passion slush, with mango popping bubbles. Very good service.Food: 5/5

Came in for Boba while in NY celebrating my niece and daughter’s bday. And they love it. The guy was very pleasant and his suggestions were amazing.

The service was prompt and efficient, and the server was professional, although not overly friendly. My son and I ordered slushies, but I found them to be too sweet for my liking.

Definitely better than Tiger Sugar and Gong Cha. The boba tastes actually good, the milk tea is amazing (I chose winter melon), and I ended up with more balls than I could swallow 10/10 View menu

Overall it wasn’t too expensive compared to borough park but the tapioca were much smaller and a lot more difficult to chew on. Also the drink was not sweet enough in my opinion. It wasn’t terrible though.

3.22.23 generally a good chain for bubble tea, but this location sometimes runs low on bubbles and other ingredients like sesame. Hence, be patient that you could head there for something that might not be available.Food: 3/5

Kung fu tea is pretty in general good, but this store in particular is okay-ish. The boba isn’t soft like other stores even though it’s the same chain branch, and sometimes when you ask for a hot drink they give it lukewarm on the cooler side. Staff is polite, but the drinks could be better. View menu

Lots of hot and cold tea choices, easy ordering and friendly, helpful staff. Asian-style bubble tea. Also, some food items, though I didn't order anything. I had the Green Milk Tea, Iced, with regular Sugar. Only wish there were somewhere to sit down inside. But, otherwise, it's a great little place.

A great place for Bubble teas, if . you are a bubble team lover. This is the place for you. But , the price is pretty High but it tastes really good. They have a few kinds of biscuits with flavor. Didn’t like the biscuits there. Biscuits are not worth the money. $2 a piece , doesn’t tase great but okay!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
