Kushala Sip Coffee House

I asked if the baked goods were baked this morning. Both women working there said yes. I took a bit into my croissant and it was harder than a rock and it tasted old. I’ll be telling my friends in Stoneham about my experience. $5 for an old croissant :

Extremely rude staff and are not accommodating. I was working at the coffee house while traveling for 2 hours and had to attend the meeting. The staff came and said it is not your personal office even though I got brunch and coffee. The staff could be nicer

Food is great, but IMAGINE charging .65 for a single, thin slice of tomato. Ive noticed a few items and add-ons are just wildly priced. Only reason I’m giving 4 is because I’m baffled. Edit: sandwich was very delicious, however i still stand by my above comments View menu

I inquired if the baked goods were made fresh that morning. Both of the women working there confirmed they were. However, when I took a bite of my croissant, it was as hard as a rock and tasted stale. I will be sharing my disappointing experience with my friends in Stoneham. Paying $5 for a stale croissant was not worth it.

It's a lovely little cafe, very clean, the food is prepared quickly and it satisfies everyone in our family. We like to stop in about once a week, though we live a town or two over. I LOVE their specialty coffees. Quality is spot on. I've never had a poorly made espresso or Chai latte. Their Kushala Mocha is delicious. The staff has always been more than friendly. They are kind.

Drove all the way here from N Andover to check it out because of the good reviews and switch things up a bit from starbucks/cafe nero. Wish I hadn't. Wifi wouldn't work, so they reset it, and then it still would not work except for simple google searching, all websites and applications throwing a security alert or not loading. I gave up and used my hotspot instead. Baristas didn't seem that friendly. Tables were super micromanaged by party-size and had covid barriers (seriously?? can this madness stop now at the end of 2022?? . Cute cafe but the vibe was ruined by all the things listed above. Latte was very good, at least.

Great place. I got my car detailed at the unique car detailing below the road (also highly recommended, check my reviews), and here for a bite to eat and some reading time. The tea was amazing. I have the jasmine pearl. It is real loose leaf, put in a cloth satchet, instead of a cheap paper satchet, and not covered. It was really a good cup of tea. The food was pretty good. I have my usual booklet of sausage and cheese on a whole bagel. I think order is a good barometer, how good a place is. That was very good. i have ordered from this place through doordash twice and both times i had an overall good experience. the coffee is always hot due to the care the employees put into packaging it. i really love their mocha lattes. however, it is pretty clear that coffee is their strong suit (which makes sense). i really like their breakfast sandwiches, i have no issues with them. the pastries are also pretty good, however, i wish they could have been heated up. i do understand, however, that heating up a pastry then putting it in a bag could make the pastry soggy so i don’t have too much of an issue with it. today i ordered a chocolate croissant through doordash and they didn’t have one in stock, so when i...
