"It's my first time at this location trying their AYCE. I've been to their Carrollton location for a la carte. The AYCE is $35 for just rolls and if you want to get sashimi and Nigiri it's an extra $15 upgrade which makes total of $50. My first order was good, I ordered toro, uni, bluefin tuna, hamachi etc but came to find out any mkt priced items you can only get 2 pcs not 2 orders. Amaebi, Toro and uni are listed as mkt priced so I could only get 1 pc of Toro and uni and it was a small pc too. So I proceed to order more sashimi and the 2nd round bluefin I ordered wasn't bluefin. They gave me big eye tuna which is a big difference in taste and quality. I even asked my server can you please bring me some bluefin tuna and make sure it is bluefin. She still brought me big eye tuna. The quality of fish they serve I believe it is pretty standard as you would get at any decent sushi restaurant. But for $50 a person and I can only get 1 piece of Toro and uni that's unreasonable. Maybe 2 pcs per round per person and maxed 3 rounds. I probably won't be back."

They no longer serve hand rolls. They are an AYCE sushi place. The food is okay. View menu

Our server was very friendly, but our appetizers were left sitting on the counter long enough to get cold before our sushi arrived. However, she did provide good recommendations on what to try. Overall, our bill was $130 before tip.

I had a wonderful experience at this new sushi restaurant. My only complaint is that it was quite cold inside, but I'm always a bit chilly. My friend, who works there, recommended it, and he was spot on! We really enjoyed the atmosphere, and the service was excellent. The sushi rolls were delicious, and I truly have no negative remarks to make. We visited around 5:30 PM, and it wasn't crowded at all. View menu

They did not have hand rolls. They did not have uni. They did not have wagyu. They had one tower. Every roll was covered in the four sauces. I think our table tried 7 appetizers; one was edible. The server said this location was in the process of reinventing itself for this location’s market and trying different appetizers. They also did not have a bar menu. I also could not get their current menu online. The rolls and tower were good. I’d ask for the sauces on the side. If you love the other locations or this one when it opened, know that it is a different place.

The restaurant has made significant changes to its menu and no longer offers many of the items that were once available, such as specialty sashimi, hand rolls, wagyu, uni, and foie gras. Instead, they now provide a limited selection of basic rolls and sashimi under an all-you-can-eat pricing model. The menu listed on their website does not accurately reflect what is currently available at this location. Additionally, I believe the quality of the fish has declined compared to previous visits. I felt it was important to share this information, as we were quite disappointed during our last visit. It was not the dining experience we had hoped for, which is unfortunate because this used to be our...

"On my first visit, I tried the Southern Shrimp and Grits, which were simply amazing—stone-ground cheese grits topped with sautéed shrimp, enhanced by a flavorful mix of peppers and bacon. Chef Jeff and his team use fresh sirloin in their chili, and it’s absolutely delicious! The portions are generous, so you definitely won't leave hungry. The food is exceptional, and the concept behind it is truly inspiring. I now volunteer here regularly. Chef Jeff and his wife, Julie, have a mission: "Our mission is to feed, educate, and serve our community so that they may 'taste and see that the Lord is good'” (Psalm 34:8). Customers can choose to: 1) pay what they can afford, 2) pay the standard price for a similar restaurant, or 3) pay a little extra to help those who are less fortunate. This creates a beautiful and fulfilling experience. They are open for lunch from 11 AM to 2 PM, Tuesday through Sunday. If you’re pressed for time, I recommend making a reservation and letting the hostess know. Diners are seated using a "paced method" to ensure the volunteer staff isn’t overwhelmed, but any wait is certainly worth it! Be sure to try the pour-over coffee or refreshing lemonade, and sample small plates like bruschetta or farro salad, as well as main dishes such as the apple bacon sandwich, crispy potatoes, burgers, shrimp and grits, and chili. And don’t overlook the dessert—it’s indulgent! I can’t express enough how much I adore this place!"
