"First off, I'm a big meat eater. My girlfriend is a vegan, but we love authentic Mexican food. This place is top tier for the median for both of us. The queso Birria tacos I had I thought were meat and she ordered the vegan ones, very authentic flavorful agua Fresca de mango was extremely fresh, definitely will order again, salsa was on POINT you can tell they made it in house. No pic we ate it too fast, sorry bout it"

I got a burrito and a bowl here (don't judge me haha, it was for three meals). Both were really tasty. They've done a great job flavoring the jackfruit. The burrito held up really well all day in the fridge. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm in Fresno.
The new restaurant has a charming interior, and the food is outstanding. I've been a fan of their food truck for a long time and make sure to visit whenever I'm in the area. The vegan birria is absolutely delicious! We also picked up some bulk jackfruit to take home.

Definitely good food but they have a ordering system that needs work. If you order online you don’t get a notification of order being ready. So you are just left guessing if you are away from truck vs people who order in person get a beeper device to know. And had to wait over 35 mins….? View menu

I visited La Jacka's Restaurant with my family, which includes both vegan and non-vegan members. Everyone enjoyed their meals—the mole enchiladas, queso birria, and vegan shrimp tacos were all delicious. The food was served quickly, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I will definitely return!

First time trying La Jacka and I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. I ordered the Jackada Fries and they were really good. I'm slowly inching into becoming vegan and this was a great choice. The person who took my order was so nice and overall a great vibe. You can tell they work hard to provide the best service and quality for their customers. I will be coming back and bringing friends?
