"My husband and I stopped in for dinner on a Tuesday (5/30/23) night. We got there around 7:30 pm. We were seated right away with menus. At this time, there were only two other tables with customers in the restaurant, so it wasn 't crowded at all. We sat there for almost 10 minutes waiting for someone to bring waters or just acknowledge our presence. One server walked by us to bring the check to another customer. Another server wiped a table down across from us. Not one person said, We 'll be right w you. My husband and I ended up walking out of the restaurant. I just do pick up here. Other than the occasional error, it is pretty good. We pick up there at least monthly. I will say that it has more errors than Goshen.

We placed a large carry out order on Veteran 's Day over the phone. When we arrived the employee who helped us was very courteous. Ordered 1 pizza, it was sent to wrong location. The driver said he would have his store fix the issue and my pizza was sent to another WRONG address. I then tried to just order another pizza and the lady taking my order was very disrespectful, she transferred me to management and I spent 20 minutes on hold. Then I received a phone call 10 minutes later saying the call center declined my order and I had to call again to order my pizza. The new lady taking my order then proceeded to argue with my boyfriend over what our address is like we don’t know what it is, lady we live here. So we will see if I even get my pizza. Very disappointed in the customer service.
