"Tried to make a reservation on 5/7/22 and we were told reservations were parties of 14 or more. Arrived at the restaurant at 12:05 and were told the wait would be 30 min to an hour. At 1:20 (after watching multiple groups be seated) we asked how much longer and were told another 30 to 45 min. When we questioned people be seated we were told they had reservations and we questioned that because the numbers were less than 14 and were told that it was 8 or more for reservations. They would not put tables together and the two managers on duty were not helpful or organized. We left and got chicken from Harps We will not be going back to Marino’s"

"The food was good as usual. But the customer service is getting worse. Today the lady that took our order was way unprofessional. Somehow I nade the new girl cry when I asked for coffee and mayo. From there the service stopped no more coffee or water sat with dirty dishes at the table for 20 minutes as she went from staff members to customers whispering and pointing. The new girl never got over it cried the next 40 minutes about coffee and mayonnaise. All the staff who was told stuff no one came and asked what happen or tried to talk to us. We were basically bullied. Was a very sad situation. This is our last visit which is a bummer because we really liked this place."

"It's not often you travel through a small populated town and are able to find a worthy pizza joint that isn't the usual names found on food row. However, this place was surprisingly tasty! I was visiting family that live in the area and who frequently order from here on a weekly basis. Although, we didn't order pizza this time we had sandwiches, salads and mozzarella cheese stuffed bread sticks. I ordered a small specialty salad and their Rueben, and all if it was delicious! I highly recommend this place for a family night in or out. I rated them four stars because they forgot a large tea and a large specialty salad. However, their large salads are enough to feed three people and the tea? It happens, but I too was young and didn't always pay attention to the details. I still tipped them $10.00 for bringing it to the car and for being polite."

"I found a new place in cabot to start eating my breakfast. Its jam packed full of people cars every time I come. And after eating here a few times i know why. It's one of the few places that will serve breakfast from the minute they unlock the doors to when they lock the doors. Theres not very many restaurants that operate like that no more nowadays. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day for me. Every single thing on the menu is great tasting. The service is good. You diffinitly get your moneys worth of food. I love this place. Its on of my 10 favorite places to eat at list in little Rock, central arkansas, list. Its a hidden gem."

"Took 5 of my kids here with me today. I’ve ordered the food to go before, it was so-so. I decided to give it a try to sit down for hibachi cause that’s what my kids wanted. We went to the back where the hibachi tables are located. The first thing I noticed was the heat. It’s been 105 outside everyday for 3 weeks and this place felt like a sauna. I’ll accept a little extra heat cause I’m sitting at a hibachi table, but the ambient temperature was 90 degrees. I said something to the staff and the owner/manager said there was nothing they could do. And yet there were 3 air conditioners on the walls that weren’t on. If you can’t afford to have working air conditioning in Arkansas in the summer, close the doors. The food was ok. Flavorful rice and veggies. The chicken was great. The steak was chewy. I’ll never go back here again."
