"4 times I went to Cadusia during professional stays in the area of Chaourçois and it was a real pleasure to stay there: the first 3 times in their apartment in the basement, that so it has a funny access (by their garage with all kinds of stored business), it turns out to be quiet, spacious and ideal to work. Really soothing and relaxing... what we're looking for when we spent the day out and we're tired. The fourth and last stay, in the room, was also very pleasant: spacious room and with views over meadow and village of Chaource. Breakfasts are hearty, there's everything! And dinners at the restaurant were also tasty and hearty. The staff met, nice and listening. Only negative remark (that's why I don't put 5 stars at the service level: the boss! Every time I had it at the restaurant's reception it was a dry, even contemptuous attitude. During the last stay, when I arrived at the hotel, Mr. was at the reception in discussion with someone, I say hello and he doesn't even answer me. I'm waiting 5 minutes in front of the counter and he didn't even bother to say at least I'm at you in a few minutes, which I would have understood perfectly and I would have waited! No, he kept talking to his interlocutor behind me. After a few minutes I had to go into the restaurant room to see if someone could welcome me, in this case his daughter, which, unlike his father, left for a moment his speaker to welcome me.
