The December 24th Terroir Experience at Champlain Restaurant is exceptional! The ambiance is amazing, the meal is scrumptious and the service is impeccable.

The best restaurant ever! This restaurant was amazing! The atmosphere is super chic, and beautiful! The food was super good! We got the discovery menu with some wine and we just admired the chef’s work! The waiter was super kind, friendly, and even introduced some tourist attractions to us. We will come back again!

Simply an outstanding, five star, restaurant in the world famous Chateau Frontenac hotel . Yes, it's terribly expensive, but if you're seated by a window with a view of the patio, boardwalk, and St. Lawrence River, it's worth every Canadian dollar.The service is first class and so is the food. I visited this restaurant to get inspiration for my upcoming restaurant opening in Dubai. The view from this place is truly incredible, absolutely stunning. I opted for the five-course meal, each dish expertly paired with a great selection of wines. The food was delicious and the service was top-notch. I will definitely come back here the next time I am in Quebec. 5 stars!

La location è affascinante , all'interno dello Chauteau Frontennac in una sala con vista panoramica sul San Lorenzo a cui si accede attraversando un'enoteca con teche in cristallo climatizzate ove sono custodite ed esposte centinaia di bottiglie di vini di tutto il mondo. La cucina è su base tradizionale si di carne che di pesce ma realizzata con tocchi di creatività e aromi insoliti.

Grande cuisine faite à ce Restaurant , des mets biens montés et bien présentés. Les entrées de canards ou de poisson , les tartares du moment sont excellent . Tout nou surprend et le visuel n'est pas traditionnel, un met comme du poulet est présenté très différemment qu'alleuirs. Excellent , un peu dispendieux mais tout sort de l'ordinaire , le sommelier vous aidera à choisir. Un vin compatible avec votre repas , ils ont même ds château Petrus pour les grandes bourses. Very nice ambiance and service. We got served a glass of champagne as we were seated at our table. Restaurant is decorated in a victorian vibe. Food is nicely presented and portions are fair. I was expecting a little bit more in terms of flavors though. In pictures below, there are scallops, lobster bisque, risotto and lamb steak. I can’t remember what is the green soup :p. Scallops could’ve had some extra spices. Lobster bisque is a bit on the salty side and nothing too extraordinary with the risotto and lamb steak.

We got reservations at this restaurant since we were hotel guests. There isn’t a dress code enforced and the staff was really nice and friendly. The price is hefty and the food isn’t a lot so our bill ended up being $500 with only 2 drinks. We had the 5-course meal, the beef, the duck breast (which was delicious) and the pasta. The food came out slow, especially because we had to wait for our friend who had the 5-course meal (which came with 3 appetizers). In total we probably spent 3 hours there (we got there at 7:45 PM) and the restaurant was freezing. Overall good experience and great location. Food was delicious and expensive.

Oh wow, the Champlain restaurant offers an incredible brunch that is more than just a meal—it's an experience! We had a lovely table on the terrace with great views and plenty of natural light. The old world charm of the restaurant, with its stone walls and wooden window frames, was truly impressive. The cups and teapot matched the designs on the ceiling, which was a unique touch. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. While the service initially seemed slow, we soon realized that the leisurely pace was intentional, as it turned out to be a 5-course meal.
