"My fiancé and I have been looking for a Chinese place since we moved here. We tried this and it just wasn't the place for us. It was dead at lunch time, which I guess should have been a sign. Upon entering we were greeted and sat right away. You place your order on an iPad, which I liked. We ordered the Mongolian beef lunch special, which comes with a soup, white or fried rice $2 charge) and either spring rolls or crab Rangoon. He got the hot sour soup and crab Rangoon 1 piece). He did not like the hot sour soup at all. I ordered crab Rangoon and egg drop soup. I had such high hopes for the crab Rangoon because hardly any places serve it out here. It was the worst I've ever had. It was so sweet and I did not taste any crab. The egg drop soup had ok flavor but I didn't care for the random carrots and peas they put in there. My fiancé didn't care for the Mongolian beef. Needless to say, we will not be returning and will be going back to the drawing board to find a good Chinese restaurant. Also, want to point out the staff never checks in except when they bring the food to you. And it's literally placed down at the table and they walk away. Also, note the soup was brought out AFTER the Mongolian beef. And the portion sizes were awful. I forgot to get picks of everything."

Great Food! First time being here, and the food was great. Employees were friendly, and the food came out quickly. I got the chicken and broccoli, and would love to come back try something different. View menu

Terrific food, high quality Schezuan food with so much flavor. I've been here over 5 times and the food is always amazing. The Legendary Dry Chili Chicken is one of my favorite items in the Twij Cities. Hard to not get that, but the menu is huge and offers something for everyone. Service is generally fine, has hiccups here and there when busy. Nice space and lots of street parking around, nearly all of which is metered at this point.

I stopped for lunch because I saw they had a dry chilli chicken dish and I hadn't had it for years. my wife and I were blown away how good everything was, the dry chili chicken was perfectly cooked and seasoned, the hot and acidic suppe was the best I had in the old, and the dandan nudels of my wife were also top notch. it is so hard to find lawfully good Chinese food in these days, let alone a great Szechuan menu. we will come back!

Mistakes can happen in the service industry, but how they are handled is crucial. Unfortunately, this experience left a negative impression on us. To prevent similar incidents in the future, I suggest renaming the new dish to avoid confusion with their signature dish, the Legendary Spice Dry Chilly Chicken. It would also be beneficial to train the staff to confirm orders and deal with any confusion with attentive listening and empathy. The other dishes we tried were delicious, but the service was lacking. Our water glasses were not refilled, and we had to request utensils. I wish the evening had gone smoother, especially when we pointed out the mix-up with the dishes, only to have it brushed... View menu

First time going here we went because of the pork buns they were pretty good, but we got some glass noodles and my sister didn’t like them so we ask if we could please exchange it for something else, the lady that helped us was very rude and said we should pick something that we like and she couldn’t be exchanging food for people just because they don’t like it (never heard that from a restaurant ever), I explained to her that this was our first time at this place and that we didn’t know much about Chinese food and we don’t eat that food often… she then accepted to do the exchange but we didn’t get what my sister har asked for until we paid the check and were ready to leave. The restaurant w...

We were so excited to try legendary spice! But not sure if our expectations were too high or if it didn 't hold up in the car since we got takeout or something else. Overall I would 've expected more spice flavor from a place called Legendary Spice . But we 'll have to try again another time to see if this was just an off night Items we ordered:Pork Steam Bun (Xio Long Bao) decent fresh light pork flavor, definitely would order againSzechuan Wontons a bit of a disappointment...we were excited for some spicy wontons when we saw they came with chili crisp oil but could use more spice. Luckily this is easily remedied by adding some of your own but still Stir Fried Eggplant with Green Beans anot...
