"I returned for a fish fry dinner on Friday night for the second week in a row, and this time, there was a new chef. I ordered the blackened catfish, which was fantastic! The zucchini fries were also very delicious. Others in my group tried the batter-dipped cod fries and enjoyed them as well. However, there's a catch—the restaurant is only open to the public for lunch! So, unless you find yourself near Burnt Store Road around noon, you'll need to head about a mile further north of Vincent Road to the Turtle Crossing strip mall on the east side of Burnt Store Road and visit Mainley."

Food is fine, not exceptional. Service is spotty but very nice and efficient but they need more help.I know they are in the process of upgrading and the new chef is excellent.

The service from the waitress could have been improved; she didn't tell me about the specials until after she had already served the rest of the food. On the bright side, the coconut shrimp were absolutely fantastic.

The food and service were fantastic! I'm giving it four stars because they didn’t have Bud Light Lime bottles. I'm new to Burnt Store and absolutely love it—I should have moved here years ago. Please consider stocking Bud Light Lime bottles. Thank you! View menu

I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, and I was truly impressed! I wanted to enjoy my meal before my teenagers arrived, and the server was quick to accommodate my request. The food was abundant and delicious! It's definitely a fantastic spot!

The improvements over the past year have been remarkable; the food quality is excellent. The chef has really elevated the dining experience compared to before. Tuesday dinners have transformed into an elegant event for us to visit and enjoy the club. Keep up the fantastic work!

I've been visiting this place with friends for quite a while, and Emed is amazing—he's been around for a long time! The previous kitchen staff was fantastic, but I'm not a fan of the new menu or the new staff; it just doesn't feel the same anymore. Now, I mainly go there just to enjoy drinks. View menu

As a former employee, I have to say that Renzo may think he has everything under control. While he's a capable cook, his treatment of the staff leaves much to be desired—it's all very superficial. The new manager, Luis, seems quite lazy, and I've noticed the other cook spending all day on his phone while working the food service line. Renzo, you don't address this at all. I may just be a server, but I can see what's going on here.

I visited for the first time and I'm already looking forward to going back! The atmosphere was lovely. I originally dropped in for a quick peek and a beer, but both bartenders were extremely attentive and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond by explaining the menu and hours, and even gave me a schedule of specials to take home and mark on my calendar. I also met some amazing locals, and I feel like we’re going to be good friends. We usually go to Cass Kay, but we had no idea this hidden gem was so close by!

"I made reservations for a party of 14. We were seated in the private room with 2 other small parties, different server. Our table was setup for 12 people. It took a while for the server to take our drink order. She had other tables in a different section to serve. It took 1 1/2 hour before we got our food. My grandkids were hungry. Two of the personalized pizzas were under cooked and at that point my Grandsons were so hungry that they ate what they could so the rest was garbage. The eggplant Parmigiana had over kill of sauce and the sauce was very sweet. My Chicken picata was salty. Trying to get our server to come refill our drinks was a challenge. When I called to make reservations I asked if I can bring a birthday cake as we were celebrating my Mom's 84th birthday. I was going to cut the cake myself but our server insisted on doing so. I brought my own paper plates and plastic fork so we wouldn't need to use the restaurant. We told our server that the 2 pizzas were undercooked. We get our bill and there was a $10.00 cake cutting fee and only 1 pizza discounted half price. This was supposed to be a positive experience as my Mom was diagnosed with stage 4 glioblastoma and we wanted the family to be together to have a positive experience. $507.65 after and extremely disappointing with the entire experience. Italia will never get my business again. My recommendation to them is to have someone assist the server with large parties..when companies skimp on staff, they lose business."
