"Food is great, service is terrible! like the worst! you walk in and there is no waiting area, you just stand around until someone decides to notice you after walking past you many times. The older dark haired waitress is just rude and has a tone in her voice that is not needed in a customer service environment. We waited 20min for drinks my wife asked the dark haired waitress that was changing a table cloth if we could please get our drinks and she snapped back that there is a party of 40 in the back and they are going as fast as they can. obviously if you are changing a table cloth you can go get my drinks... also we were out of water and an the waitress left an empty pitcher on our table. to the response below this kind of attitude can be seen in all of the new owners Matthew and Angel goering’s responses to less than favorable reviews both on here and on Facebook reviews, very unprofessional and a poor reflection of their community. again proof that customer service and a kind bed side manor is clearly not something that your business prides yourself on. i have spent many hundreds of dollars at your establishment over the last 2 weeks, driven an hour each way to and from Everson for your food. but you have lost my business for good due to your response below. I don't care if she wasn't our waitress, customer service is a group effort and you work in a team work environment. Clearly there is a need for better management and possibly ownership because these kind of issues start at the top and that's where they get corrected, but with a response like the one below its clear that management isn't running this business, just your over inflated ego. "The door sign says they close at 10:00pm, it was not even 9:00pm yet and it was already closed. Another time I ordered an Italian B.M.T online and it did not have pepperoni. The next time I ordered a sandwich online with Italian bread they made it with herb cheese bread. The last time I walked in to order something there was only one employee making multiple sandwiches for an online order. I waited a long time, too long, to the point where I just walked out instead. I’m done with this place Did I mention that the prices are also higher than at other locations..?"

"HORRIBLE SERVICE We called ahead to let the restaurant know we had a party of 11 coming in. They had a table ready for us, so that was a plus. The one girl working the front took our drink orders, then... nothing. We were there for 40 minutes and no drinks, no communication about what was going on, nothing. The parts that bothered me the most: 1) People who came in after us were served drinks quickly, within minutes of sitting down. 2) The server did not, in the 40 minutes we were there, communicate with us. It's okay to be unexpectedly busy. It's NOT okay to ignore a party of 11 with hungry kids wondering if they're going to have to wait 2 hours to eat or not. For a place that is trying to look like upscale dining, this was a very bad look. Not worth it."

"To the guy who buys bacon for their dog. Do not eat! I was holding it in my hand when they took it back after messing up my order and they said they are planning on selling it to you. I assume you expect fresh bacon when you buy it and not leftovers from a random guy who was palming it.By the way the food was sub par at best. The sausage was the frozen kind you buy and microwave. You can tell by the grayish brown color it has.Staff does not listen at all and have attitudes when they mess up your order. They literally took the bacon out of my hand as my wife was saying we will pay for it and then was upset she ate a piece before they took it even with us wanting to keep it and paying for it.Then the waitress smirked when she said they didn't charge us for it. good job, you didn't charge us for something we didn't order."
