"I just finished dining here with my family, and I'm so glad I discovered this little gem during our visit to the area. The seafood was incredibly fresh and the portions were generous. We started with some of the best clam chowder I've ever had. I ordered the “skipper” lobster roll, expecting a smaller serving, but I was surprised by how big it was! The combo platters were also large and delicious. The house-made tartar sauce and coleslaw were among the best I've sampled; they perfectly complemented every dish we tried. We even had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who was very warm and friendly, making sure to check on everyone throughout our meal. The atmosphere is very family-friendly and welcoming! The owner also shared about their new Italian ice stand, which was a big hit with the kids and my wife. I'm really glad I stopped by; this place is definitely a local treasure!"

I have never been to a Lobster Claw, in my life. I'm not sure I've even driven past one. 0 stars for Google Maps. View menu

I wanted to try this place for a while and glad I did. Tried the haddock shrimp combo plate. It was fresh and delicious. If you live nearby or happen to be in the area, it's definitely worth trying. Highly recommended.

Always great food. Prepared fresh, crisp, and hot. Started with clam chowder today and it was terrific. French fries and onion were crisp and snappy. Fried clams and haddock were both excellent. Friendly staff with great service.

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant, and I was not disappointed. The portions are enormous! The seafood platter is more than enough to feed three people. If you love seafood, I highly recommend checking this place out. View menu

A really great local place to get some amazing seafood. Everyone working here was super friendly, and they even gave us a free extra order of clams that they had which were the best part of the whole meal. The prices aren’t cheap but feel fair, definitely stop by if you’re in reading as it’s definitely the best seafood in the area with a small town vibe!

I visited this restaurant for the first time and found the chowder disappointing—it didn't resemble a traditional New England creamy chowder at all. The $37 triple combo was a bit lacking; the clams, shrimp, and scallops were just average. However, the haddock sandwich was quite good, and the roll it came on was excellent. The place was busy, and I noticed a lot of lobster rolls being served. Overall, nothing particularly impressed me. I plan to return to try a lobster roll and possibly a chicken sandwich, but given the prices for seafood, I think I'll stick with my usual favorite spots for now.

"The restaurant is very nice, we had great service, and for the most part, the food was really good. Our servers were very attentive, the drinks were excellent, and the appetizers were really tasty. My dinner, however, was not worth the money we paid for it. For apps, we ordered the Bacon, and the Antipasto. The Antipasto had a perfect amount for sharing, everything on it was fresh and delicious. The Bacon was (to my surprise amazing! I don 't know what I was expecting, but it wasn 't the perfectly cooked and seasoned (with cherries! almost pork belly 'ish slices we got it was so delicious. I ordered the night 's special we were told it was an 8oz filet, lobster tail, broiled brussel sprouts and roasted potatoes. What I got was an 8oz filet that was overcooked on the outside and slightly pink on the inside (I ordered med rare , a very tiny overcooked lobster tail, and 3 sprigs of asparagus. The plate was bare and it cost 90. I don 't mind spending for a great dinner, but for 90, it should be darn near perfect, and this was nowhere near that. I 've had better steak at Texas Road house. (I will interject here to add that I did not complain or ask to take it back I was having such a great night, I chalked it up to an off night for the chef . My husband, however, got the Lobster Fra Diavolo, which he loved. He said it was delicious, although I question the spaghetti is homemade as advertised (it did not taste homemade . For dessert, we got the donuts w/ 3 sauces to go they were way overcooked or the oil desperately needs to be cleaned (see pic . So overall, a really nice dining experience. Really nice ambiance, excellent service, great drinks and appetizers. Maybe the chef had an off night, or maybe the 'special ' was just the dregs they had left in the kitchen., but I 'll let this one pass since it was our first time there and everything else was excellent. I will definitely go back and try something else on the menu, but next time I want a steak, I 'll go to Pellana much better quality steak. (sorry no pics of the meals, I was too busy eating bacon to remember to take pics :"
