"All of the food was way over done. Some of it to the point you couldn't eat it. For the relatively high prices we expected a lot more. We should have stuck with Kyoto in Tewksbury. Way better prices way better food. The service and the atmosphere where both good. Just not the food. They did have a good tofu with veggies and they did accommodate a shellfish allergy. That and the sushi were prepared well. The swordfish, chicken and shrimp were so over cooked. Rubbery and hard to eat. Vegetarian options: They did have a good tofu with veggies and they did accommodate a shellfish allergy. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Fried Rice with Chicken Steak Sauteed Vegetables and Noodles, House Special Fried Rice with Shrimp, Chicken Teriyaki"

Food is great, service fantastic, unfortunately the place needs a good cleaning, perhaps some paint and a new carpet. It smells a little funky. I think it has not been renovated since people used to smoke at bars. Lol Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

This place takes what is a normal thing at most restaurants, cooking on a flat-top grill (which every restaurant does) and turns it into an interesting and entertaining experience. The food is skillfully prepared, quickly cooked, and served by a friendly and helpful staff. I had a great time, and even on a very busy night the service was excellent. This restaurant has been declining for some time now. The owners seem to have lost their passion and the men's restroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The portions of salad and soup are extremely small. I ordered filet mignon, but it was not actually filet mignon. The prices are high, resembling that of a 4-star restaurant, but the quality does not match. It's clear that the staff see this as just a job and not a pleasure to serve deserving customers. Service: Dine-in Type of meal: Dinner Price per person: $50-100

I went there for a party .13 all together. We sat on one side so I asked if the Bill could be cut In half.i told waitress my wife order for childen.Cook comes out ask m youngest grandson that he ordered something he said chicken rice and noodles. Cook then raised his voice and called for waitress. They argued in foreign language. My grandson was in tears. I wanted to leave. I should have went downhill from there. Language and communication problem. KYOTO in Tewksbury way better never had a problem and kids love it.I would not go back to Tokyo even if it was free. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5
