"We loved our fresh raw oysters. Also loved the Small Plates of Orange Chicken and Szechuan Noodles—they were an excellent combination to share. The Fried Fish Curry was delicious. The Asian inflections here are always interesting and tasty. Recommend exploring the extensive Classic Cocktails Menu—lots of tempting choices for a change of pace. We love the ambiance and decor here. It does get noisy, but the liveliness is understandable. The staff are good people, but service is often rather slow, so more staff could be a plus."

"Mt. Fuji has been the go-to sushi spot for my family and I, but lately, they have been letting us down with takeout, so we came here to see what it is actually like. When you come in, apart from the giant hibachi-viewing window, you will see the giant fish scales that will confused why they don't continue into a tail. Aside from that, ambiance is very casual and simple. The menu here is pretty straightforward and includes the typical Japanese-American dishes and some more inspired menu items. I highly recommend the egg rolls for an appetizer and green tea for a drink, especially if you have ordered a lot of food. On that note, service if fast and attentive to the need of the customers and they will have you be at home. I would strongly recommend the famous Norwegian dish, smoked salmon as it is very buttery, oily, and is so tender, that the amazing flavors will melt in your mouth, complimented by the soft and fluffy rice. You heard right! Smoked salmon is not Japanese and was invented as a way for Norway to deal with its major excess of salmon in the 1980's. Add some ginger to your salmon to make it even more flavorful and crunchy. Our meals were amazing, full of flavor and our service was also amazing. We left being full and happy, waiting to come back another time!Tl;dr: The service is great, food is amazingly soft and fluffy, with a great feel to it all. Setting: very simple with some Japanese touches. Service: Fast and attentive (if you dine in.)Food: The smoked salmon is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone."

"We have gone first to the original Sushi Kushi on Lake Forest when it was still a small restaurant. It expanded and when Sushi Kushi San3 opened we were there since it's was closer to where we lived. It was awesome for many years. However, the last year has been awful. First they concentrated on take out orders over tables. We waited over 45 minutes for a single sushi order while the staff prepared to go orders and the woman at the front counter disappeared. We waited a few months and went back, only to again have the service just as bad due to togo others and again, the woman that seemed to have been in charge disappeared. This time, the sushi was just okay, not the usual quality. This last time, today, again the service was bad until I got upset. Good was just okay for a usually superb restaurant and the woman this time spent need whole time taking immediate orders and hanging out with her friends table rather than taking care of the restaurant. After almost 30 years we won't be going back."

"Ginza offer excellent value and in my eyes this is one of the most important aspects of a restaurant to me. I specifically think that their Salmon Special, Tuna Special, and Yellowtail Special are very good value. Every time I have ordered these specials from them they have been extremely generous with the quantity of fish and the fish is of high quality. To elaborate each special comes with about 8 to 10 thick pieces of sashimi, 4 pieces of sushi, and 1 spicy roll all for just $22. I think that if you order all 3 of these specials you could easily feed 4 people for under $80 with high quality sushi. The one con I will mention is that I'm not the biggest fan of the atmosphere. I think with the atmosphere part of the problem is the layout of the restaurant which is not something that can be easily fixed. However, everyone working here has been very friendly and inviting. I can not recommend this place enough when it comes to take out. Parking: The parking is not great. Ginza is located in a mini strip mall with I think 3 other stores and they all share what seems to be about 10 parking spots. There is also some free street parking but depending on the time of day those might already be occupied."

"Unfortunately…we had a late reservation (9:00PM) The singing group was fantastic…but shut down just after we sat down at our table. The service was superb…and the food was delicious. Once again…unfortunately…we were seated next to a table that were extremely loud the entire time we were there…and did I mention…EXTREMELY loud table. We will be back to give it another try…I think we’ll try a much earlier time."

"I love to acknowledge great service. Nate (blonde) has waited on us twice during happy hour at the bar. He’s a lovely human and makes our visits to Hapa extra special. The other bartender and is also Nate and he seems great too. Sake is fantastic. Food is very good. Updating: still love this place for happy hour. Izzy is amazing too! She’s super sweet and attentive and really smart as well. Treat her well!"

"Odered the sushi ?deluxe?. The order came with one tuna nigiri, 3 salmon, 2 yellow tail, and 4 tilapia pieces. I asked the waiter if they meant to include 4 tilapia pieces he informed me that those were actually yellowtail. I guess some peoplebelieve that. I said that I was expecting an assortment of fish since if I wanted tuna, salmon, and yellow tail, I would haveordered the Triple Sushi for less money. He pointed to the menu and informed me that the selection was the chef?s choice.Alrighty then. Defeated by logic, I started consuming the meal. Fish was tough and didn?t taste very fresh. Not sure how thisplace has a 4.4."

"I should have read the reviews... my family went and the service was great first, then our server couldn't even tell us what came in our food. He had to go and get someone to help us. I asked for extra things in my food and I didn't even get it! My daughter loved her food, but the rams are rough and fat and when I asked not to pay for our food, the manager began to ignore me and grab the check and smile on our table..."

"Small place, pretty plain inside. Mostly open area with tables and a sushi barCame in and was asked all you can eat or regular menu. Wasn't sure so they gave me both. Looked them over and decided to go with all you can eatThey do the ordering in rounds here, and you can do up to 4 rounds. They don't limit you but have Recommendations ofn3 rolls and 20 nigiri a round. They also have the standard AYCE rules about charging full price for unfinished items and riceOrdered 2 rolls and 8 nigiri to start. The Japanese lasagna baked roll is called crawfish over cheese and was good. Nice take on a classic. Also got the Tex mex roll and it was good but not as spicy as I'd hoped. Nigiri was good, fresh but small. Had all the usual suspects, tuna, salmon, yellowtail etc. I like more fish than rice and was opposite here but very tasty and freshFor round 2 I tried the shrimp tempura and tempura bananas. Both were excellent. You get 2 shrimps with the AYCE but was very light and tasty. Banal was really good and was my dessert. I only made it through 2 rounds. Service was a mixed bag. Server was friendly and very helpful. Answered all my questions and brought food with a smile. Only issue was he spent as much time making out with the hostess as waiting on tables. There was 3 tables while I was there, and we spent a lot of time waiting while they passionately made out, loudly kissing. I've been young and in love so I get it but was weird for sureI'd definitely come back"

"Chaplin's is absolutely amazing. I took my husband here to celebrate his birthday. We easily found street parking. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated immediately. The decor is great. We loved the theme and the old Charlie Chaplin silent movies playing on the projector. Our server was friendly and attentive. He provided great insight on the menu and suggested some delicious bites. All the food was perfection. We ordered the Limelight Guava Daiquiri for drinks, Chaplins buns and fried pork gyoza for appetizers, the Miso and Shoyu ramen our meals, and the chocolate lava cake for dessert. We've found a new favorite and will definitely make ourselves regulars."

"Panda House Takeout: A Feast for the Senses If you're craving fresh, flavorful Chinese cuisine, look no further than Panda House for your next takeout adventure. My recent order was a symphony of deliciousness, leaving me utterly satisfied and already planning my return visit. The star of the show was undoubtedly the General Tso's Chicken. Crispy, golden nuggets of perfection bathed in a sweet and tangy sauce with just the right amount of bite. Each piece burst with flavor, offering a delightful contrast between the crispy exterior and the tender, juicy chicken within. It was the kind of dish that had me reaching back for more long after my plate was clear. The Vegetable Lo Mein provided a welcome contrast, offering a satisfying blend of colorful vegetables cooked to crisp perfection. The noodles were perfectly al dente, holding onto the light sauce without becoming mushy. It was a delightful textural counterpoint to the richness of the General Tso's, and a healthy balance to boot. But the true hidden gem of the evening were the Fried Pork Dumplings. Each delicate dumpling held a juicy, savory pork filling, with a hint of ginger and scallion providing a delightful aromatic element. The thin, pan-fried wrapper offered a satisfyingly crisp contrast to the tender filling, making these little morsels an absolute joy to devour. Overall, Panda House's takeout is a winning proposition. Fresh, flavorful ingredients, perfectly cooked dishes, and generous portions all come together for an experience that will leave you with a smile on your face and a satisfied hunger. Whether you're a seasoned Chinese food aficionado or simply looking for a delicious and convenient meal, Panda House is definitely worth a try."

"Well, Where to begin..... Our dinner date turned into a not so great dinner movie night thanks to this place! Absolutely Awful from the venue, gross, dirty, unclean with flies buzzing around our food, poor very unwelcoming service sitting for 45 minutes without a single customer service check in. A nasty attitude bar tender who spoke down to you in the most rude, unfriendly condending way to the on top of this our 1 HOUR LATE FOOD delivered COLD! Literally forgot we were there, we had to seat ourselves after needing to look for someone to help us with menus. It was so awful Absolutely AWFUL! Disgusted and embarrassed for the venue. The owner or I guess manager wasn't great either, he did give a about anything that had happened or customer service. Left without watching our date night planned, already paid for movie. "I have eaten at the sea many many times and it is one of my favorite restaurants. Last night was an exception it seemed all the food was very bland especially my chicken teriyaki . the sauce was watery with a very little taste. It was an abundance of chicken on a bed of vegetables with some of the sauce poured over. If you like plain breast of chicken, you would have been satisfied, however expecting a deep teriyaki flavoring, I was most disappointed. I will of course return but not for teriyaki chicken. By the way, the lychee Martini saved the night."

"Great hibachi experience.. My family of six dines every year on Valentine's Day at a Japanese steakhouse and hibachi. We have eaten at several in several states. Ichiban is a clear cut above the rest. We we're seated fairly quickly, service was good, wine list ample, sushi arrived quick and week prepared, and the atmosphere is great! Paul, our Chef, put on a great show, but more so served great food. The meat and vegetables were fresh and cooked to perfection. His show made me laugh out loud on several occasions. The restaurant is clean and appeard to be well run and staffed. Those are all great reason to dine here, but the food is the best reason. Seasoned well, cooked well, tastes great. Thank you Ichiban for making our tradition just a bit better."

"Overall, my experience was satisfactory. The service was okay, but the food options were quite limited, consisting mainly of rolls, nigiri, and edamame. They offered only a select few items. The salad bar was particularly lacking in variety. If they were to expand their menu and improve the bar offerings, they could elevate the experience significantly. That said, it's still a decent spot for all-you-can-eat dining. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner."

"I have NEVER had worse service in a restaurant in my life. I 'm pretty laid back and chill and so are my friends, so it took A LOT to actually get my quiet and shy friend to start screaming at the manager. We came in during the middle of summer, when it was about 100+ degrees outside and we had just walked from the convention center here. First thing we ask the waitress is for water, lots of it, and for it to keep coming. We were to order sushi from the bar and anything else from her. She took our original order, brought us water with our soups and bolted before my friend could order something from the kitchen. The rest of the meal, she did not look at us once. We ran out of water in about a minute and despite waving at her, slurping our straws on the last few drips over and over and even yelling hey as she passed us on her way to the kitchen, she never once even gave us the time of day. The sushi rolls were good, but my friend never even got to order her food in the half an hour we were there and we had to become friends with the bus boy to get some water refills. It wasn 't even busy, there were two other waitresses and only two other tables were full. I will NEVER go here again. The only reason I 'm giving the place two stars is because the food was good and after yelling at the manager for 10 minutes, she comped our whole check. Still, this is not something I want to have to do, especially at a place that costs around $15 per roll. I guess my best advice is to just skip Ra altogether."
