"Very pleasing experience, nice clean place, happy courteous wait staff, ultra fast service, what more could you ask for? Sushi came out less than 5 min after I ordered. I was in and out in 30 min at 7pm. Bill was 30 bucks. No drinks just 3 rolls. Loved the tuck and roll roll, it’s the fried one with soft shell crab and spicy tuna and asparagus. So good! The yellowtail naturo(sp? it’s the cucumber wrapped roll with Kani on top. Good refreshing no rice roll. Last was Miami roll had mango, couldn’t really taste it the mango but still a good roll. Would definitely go back just for the quickness and happy wait staff. No complaints here."

The rolls are well-made, fresh, crunchy and delicious. The chicken katsu is crunchy but it is quite salty and dry, maybe because of the sauce. Nice restaurant and friendly staffs.

Always a favorite, but I've been here for years. Waiting is worth it, but be ready to wait an hour. Hibachi is slammin and a great overall experience. Our chef was excellent!! The blueberry lemon drop is a perfect drink!!

This place is delicious! Best quality nigiri I've ever had, hands down. The unaju/unagi donburi (pictured) was awesome! I'm craving it again right now, actually! Everything about the place was awesome. The staff was working very hard, and the servers were all so friendly and sweet. This place is amazing! Come here, and tip well!

I’ve been to Ichiban about 5 times this last month. That’s how good it is. The sushi is delicious and filling and it’s very flavorful. I also love the sauces! Edit/ Update: Ichiban is now one of my favorite restaurants. I totally recommend the Miami Roll and the Sushi Egg Rolls. Both are wonderful creations sent from the heavens. 5/5 stars. We were very pleased with the friendly service. The atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. They also get 5 stars for cleanliness. The food was delicious. The sushi was prepared fresh and with top quality ingredients. Our order was brought out in a comfortable time frame as to not have everything on the table at once. The only critique I have is they were a little heavy handed on the teriyaki sauce. I would absolutely recommend this restaurant!

We stopped here for dinner once we could not get into the restaurant next door and we are glad we did. We sat at the bar for quick seating and ordered some sake. After looking through the menu, I ordered three rolls as that is what I normally order at a sushi restaurant. Once the rolls came, I was blown away by how large they were. Normally, rolls are smaller so they can use high-quality ingredients. This was not the case as they were all extremely fresh and delicious. I was very surprised about how good it was. We even went to the place next door for sushi and found that Ichiban was better.
