"I had a craving for soup late last night after getting home from work and ended up ordering from here after my first two orders from a different restaurant were cancelled due to sold out items.I decided to go with their Pozole instead of their Menudo because I 'm only used to Dominican mondongo. They were both listed as popular on the app so I trusted that it would be reliable. I 've never had pozole before, I try my best to not have first time experiences with takeout but hey what are you gonna do ya know? I 've always been ssssuuuuuuperrrrrrrrrr interested in it, the hominy has always been really intriguing lol. The menu didn 't indicate whether it was red or green but again, I was trusting. It was $13 for one size which is the large plastic 32oz container. They send a separate aluminum tray with cabbage (I think), raw diced onions, radishes and limes. Oh and they sent oregano and some type of chili powder! My first impression of the soup was that it was packed. Lots of hominy, lots of pork and a broth that looked a lot like stock. It wasn 't green or red. The broth also tasted like stock, not in a bad way though! It was just very simple, good but simple and for me personally, I had to add a little bit of bouillon to it for extra flavor. I actually had my hand slip and a little more than I anticipated came out, but I was able to fix it by adding extra lime. I loved the hominy! I had no idea what to expect but if you 've never had it, it 's pretty much the same texture as potatoes. The star of the show though was the pork. You could tell they put in lots of effort to make sure that they cut off the unwanted pieces of fat, which made eating it so much easier. It was so tender. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal, I 'm really glad I tried something new. Only reason they didn 't get 4 stars is because I had to add seasoning to the broth."

The tacos were good, but I really love the carne asada here. The staff is friendly as well!

The salsa here is some of the best I've ever tasted! The tacos are fantastic as well. However, the service was a bit slow.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Sick beyond belief after chorizo burrito. I'm throwing up just thinking about it. Plus, hidden service charge and credit card fee? Don't. Just don't.

The service was quick, the portions were generous, and the food was delicious! I was a bit disappointed that there was no music and I couldn't sit outside, but the atmosphere was still enjoyable! View menu

The food omgggg sooo good. Honestly disregarded the quality of service because the food made up for it ! The drinks are a little weak so I will say it's better to just pick a cheap mixed drink like a sex on the beach. The bottle prices are WILD lol. But overall a decent place, my bf and I completely demolished our plates !

The chicken burrito was absolutely fantastic! It was quite filling and of excellent quality. The combination of rice, beans, and grilled chicken was perfectly balanced, all wrapped in a delicious tortilla. I noticed some comments about an automatic gratuity being added, but that wasn't my experience. I would definitely come back, and I’ll be recommending this place to my friends in the area!

The service could have been a little friendlier, and they forgot our guacamole, even though the waitress asked if I wanted spicy or regular (it wasn't on the bill, so not a big deal). But the food was quite good. I really enjoyed my broiled mixed seafood. The menu had mostly meat and a decent amount of seafood, but not a lot of vegetarian options. The atmosphere was pleasant but definitely not fancy. View menu

Almost 40 minutes passed after we placed our order and no one came to check on us. We only received our food after I inquired about it. Throughout the meal, no one asked if we needed anything, and when we finished, we had to ask for our check because no one came to bring it to us. The customer service was terrible, and the prices were high. Just a heads up: a 15% tip is automatically included in the bill, so be cautious about tipping on top of that.

This unassuming place on a busy avenue surprised me with the quality of the food and excellent service. I stopped here for lunch with a friend because we were hungry and it was close to where we were. The food was absolutely delicious, and the staff was friendly and helpful when trying to choose off the menu, I will definitely go back, but this time I will seek it out! The tacos al pastor were over top fantastic, and the burrito with carnitas was one of the best I've ever tasted. Definitely go here!

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
