"This restaurant offers outstanding food that exceeds the quality found in even the finest 5-star places in Chinatown. The rice is consistently fresh and never dry. Moreover, the prices are more reasonable than those at many other establishments. The service is warm and inviting. Ordering from their website is quite convenient, even with the extra $2 fee. Overall, it provides a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience."

I really love the chicken wings at this restaurant. However, I was disappointed during my last visit when I received just four small wings for $6.75. I'm not sure I will come back again. View menu

I really love their chicken wings, but I was let down during my last visit when I only got four small wings for $6.75. I didn't feel this was worth the price, so I won’t be going back to this restaurant.

Overall, the meal was outstanding. I called ahead to confirm that the ribs were cooked correctly, and they certainly met my expectations! Everything was delicious, fresh, and perfectly seasoned. Well done, Lucky Chen!

I was quite disappointed with the overall taste, presentation, and aroma of the food. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this restaurant. On a positive note, I do appreciate that the delivery was prompt, thanks to the dasher. View menu

Go somewhere else. The only thing going for this place is they seem to be courteous. But the food is all overcooked, chewy, and taste as if they’ve been using the same oil for weeks. Prices too high, food is suspect. Go somewhere else.

The food at this restaurant is outstanding, surpassing even that of some 5-star establishments in Chinatown. The rice is fresh and moist, not dry at all. Prices are quite reasonable as well. The service is friendly, and it's very easy to place an order through their website, although there is an extra $2 convenience fee.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
