"I'm writing after giving this place 2 tries. The first time, I ordered the T-Bone steak meal because it seemed like a good deal with a great price. I asked for the steak to be medium rare, when I received the steak it was cooked beyond measure and was so hard to chew. Everyone in my house tried a piece and we were chewing forever lol. My second time trying it, I thought I'd give the pork chop meal with Mac-n-cheese a try. You can't go wrong on some pork chops and Mac at a soul food restaurant, right? WRONG! The pork chops were cooked well but the Mac-n-cheese was so gross, I didn't know whether to vomit or cry. It stunk like the powdered cheese that used to come in the Kraft Mac boxes back in the 90s. It was watery and had been boiled, not baked. It was the equivalent of Mac from KFC or Popeyes with lumps of cheese all throughout. I was soooooo damn disappointed."

I passed this place daily and did not know it existed. When I finally stopped I had the Beef Stew, Mac and Cheese and some Peach cobbler on the side. The food was awesome!!! This is a must go place...

Customer service was over the top. The food was amazing. My son and I came by for the first time and we sat down. We got bottled drink and water and the lady that works walked to our table with ice so we could have cold drinks/water. This won't be my last time. This is my first time swinging by Magic City Fish and Wings and I am so mad at myself for staying away so long The quaint, filling southern food was fantastic!! I especially enjoyed the candied yams. I swear they had to have been made in heaven by the angels it was so good. I loved the Mac and cheese and spaghetti as well to. Please my faithful Google readers; stop on by here and bless your palate with some good ol' southern comfort food

Today for the first time I dined in, I've eaten from this establishment for a long time. Just want to say thanks to Darah and Brenda for such a relaxed atmisphere as well as awesome customer service. Everything was delicious ss usual, and the cleanliness of the restaurant spoke volume to me and other customers. It's rare to find friendly customer service representatives no matter where you choose to spend your money. I will return...inside.
