"The customer service it's awful, we place the order for our food and told them not to include certain ingredients and they made it the way they wanted, order 4 shakes and a lemonade, 2 of the shakes were made with spoiled fruit (banana) and the 3rd shake tasted like water had no fruit taste. The sandwiches, they added all the ingredients even tho we told them not to, the salchipapas, we order them plain and they still put the sauce. It was for take out, when I got home and tasted ? ? it was nasty, went back to the restaurant and the lady said that it was done correctly and that's how the shakes are made everywhere, noooooooo I know how the good food taste like!!! she dead a said it was good and that she wasn't going to make them again for real someone that work at a kitchen doesn't know what and how nasty spoiled bananas taste like?? After a little back and forth with the employee they had to give us the money for only 2 shakes. Worst customer service and food ever, wish there was a 0 stars. Never going back to that place."

Why is it that when I order a pincho, they 're burnt? Chicken, beef...doesn 't matter! I 'm talking 'shoe leather ' burnt! Ask for a beef empanada, you 'll get chicken! I gave them a second chance...NEVER AGAIN!! And, expensive!

I don’t like their service. The lady with the glasses moves like a sloth on purpose when I asked for 2 empanadas and I was the only one in the restaurant. The milkshakes always come out nasty tasting. Bring back the old banana king! View menu

I'm new in town and this place is my new place for something to eat and enjoy 24 HOURS A DAY, 7 DAYS A WEEK!I love this place.I bought a buñuelo...delicious!The women behind the counter were very sweet and polite.Very bright place and super clean.THANK YOU MANGO AND BANANAS.

Great customer service , the one place in the area that has the best Pina colada. It is usually not busy when I come in , they also have a wife variety of food from fries to burgers and really nice desserts and snacks.It is easy to locate and the wait time is usual about 10min on a busy day.

I was really disappointed with my visit to Banana King. The service was slow and the food on display did not look fresh at all. It seemed like they only used a microwave to heat everything up. I ordered a chicken sandwich for pickup through Grubhub. When I got there, I was told their system was down and they hadn't received my order. I had to cancel my original order and place a new one in person, which ended up costing me more. To make matters worse, they forgot my fries. The customer service definitely needs some work. The sandwich was okay, but overall, I don't think I'll be coming back.
