Food is phenomenal here, service is a little slow and lacking but the bartender is great. Sit at the bar, you won't regret it. Great burgers.

Great burgers and fries. The bourbon onion ring burger was perfectly cooked and juicy. Fries were done right too. Great spot to sit and chill.

The restaurant forgot to place my order, and since everyone else was eating, no one checked in with me. I had to get up and ask about my meal. When the salmon finally arrived, it was overcooked and fell apart—definitely not enjoyable. View menu

McAloon’s remains a favorite spot on Block Island for a substantial meal. We recently dined there and it certainly lived up to our expectations. Whether you're in the mood for an excellent Shepherd’s Pie or a straightforward Chicken Tenders Platter, you won’t be let down.

We were seated on the patio and waited for 25 minutes without being served. Every table around us received their meals, and we even asked the people at the table next to us to let their server know about our long wait. The server acknowledged it with an "oh" and then walked away without addressing us. Frustrated, we decided to leave.

The atmosphere is the best thing there. You're pretty much always able to get in. The food is not the best. I had the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pasta and the chicken was not fully cooked. I would still go there for something else though. Dad has the Shepherds pie and it was super good. Mom had the fish and chips that was probably the best. View menu

We came to block island early in March and every where was closed except this place. So glad they were open. Such good food and service. The Salmon BLT was something else. I've never had anything like it. So fresh. The bloody merry was very good. The lady was so nice and friendly and they had sport games on too. Thank you for the nice experience!

We got cheesy bread, bavarian pretzels, french onion soup, scallop seafood platter, and a veggie personal pizza. Service was fantastic, the waiter was kind and attentive. Atmosphere was great too, the cozy bar vibes and decor is nice! Food was delicious, the cheesy bread w the home made marinara sauce was delectable, and the fries had a unique tasty seasoning. For a vegetarian, it wasn’t too difficult to find something to eat on their menu! They also offered specialty dishes that change by day or week, one of them being a tomato florentine soup (which i hope to try next time! . My friend had the scallops and pretzels, and he loved them. Great experience here! To start off, the food was fantastic, I was only here for appetizers however, those appetizers absolutely blew me away. I decided to do some restaurant hopping around the area, this Cheesy Garlic Bread with the French Onion Soup was just amazing. The sauce with the toasted bread and cheese with other flavoring on top also was really delicious, the French Onion Soup, Wow, absolutely delicious, also the mix of flavoring especially the cheese on top. Everything will melt in your mouth, it was awesome.
