"Perfect! We arrived later in the evening, it was moderately busy. Our waitress Natalie was charming and very attentive. She made our drinks quickly and so delicious! Natalie knew the menu/specials and offered suggestions we didn't think of, like the Blackened Salmon and the Musroom Bisque. What I liked most about the Harsen's Island School House was the customer service. My group and I really felt they were happy we came. Great restaurant....we'll be back!"

"We dined at the restaurant on 9/8/18. The portions of Cod and spinach were very small and the Oysters Rockefeller were burnt. We informed the waitress about both issues, and she kindly took the oysters back and brought out a new plate. Unfortunately, the saltine crackers were stale. This was not our first visit to this restaurant, and we have always had a great experience in the past. We are unsure if there is new management or a new chef in place now."

"We absolutely love visiting this restaurant! The food is fantastic, and the customer service is outstanding. We've never had a negative experience and are truly grateful to support this local gem. We stumbled upon this place over a year ago after a long day of fishing, and it has become one of our favorites ever since. It's evident that the staff works incredibly hard and consistently strives to provide an exceptional experience for customers. We've even received personalized notes with our orders, filled with warm and caring messages (photo included). "I can't give fewer stars to a place that uses an old Snoopy shower curtain instead of a proper door for bathroom privacy. Stacey was the only one working; she handled cooking, serving drinks, making coffee, taking takeout orders, and cleaning dishes all by herself. We shared a fish sandwich and a Snoopy melt, both of which were large and tasty. There were plenty of regulars enjoying their lunch and beer. The place is filled with vintage beer signs, stickers, and Snoopy memorabilia. It could definitely use a thorough cleaning, but it wasn't dirty enough to deter me from coming back."

"The service was slow and the food was disappointing. I ordered chicken bites and a chili cheese dog. The chicken bites seemed like they had been deep-fried a while ago; the batter was soft and greasy, and one piece was so tough it felt like chewing on gristle. Meanwhile, the chili cheese dog was lukewarm and served on a cold bun. It tasted like it had been sitting out for a long time. The only redeeming aspect of the dog was the mustard and ketchup."
