"I highly recommend trying the Cevapi at this restaurant. Before visiting, I had no idea what it was, but it's essentially the most delicious ground meat you'll ever taste, shaped like breakfast sausages. The dish is served simply, just the Cevapi on a homemade roll. I suggest trying it in its original form before adding any sauces or vegetables, but definitely ask if you'd like those on the side. The place is rather unassuming, more of a hidden gem, but whenever I'm in this part of town, I always make sure to grab some Cevapi."

This restaurant is a lovely spot to enjoy a meal. However, parking can be quite challenging. The food is authentic and delicious. View menu

The place is small and homey. They service was phenomenal and the food was so fresh and delightful. I've been to Greece many times and this is the closest you can get to Greece in the area!

Do NOT waste your time here, so many other places with quality food. Don’t believe me? Order they’re so called gyro. What a joke, 2 thinly sliced pieces of meat on pita bread. Embarrassing! And cost me an arm and a leg

Absolutely trash!. Just ordered a gyro and a side of onion rings for $16. The gyro wasn't even a gyro. More like a lamb sandwich on white bread. Barley any meat and the box of onion rings had maybe 6 small rings. First and only time ordering from here. View menu

The staff was extremely friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious! I ordered the five-piece falafel “appetizer,” but it turned out to be a gigantic sandwich! It was served on homemade bread and came with tomatoes, lettuce, onions, and pickles on the side. There was also a container of tahini sauce – mmm, so good! I also added a side of fries, which were huge as well! I will definitely come back!

All fresh, nothing frozen, AUTHENTIC Yugoslavia/ Bosnian food. This is NOT American-Greek for those of you reviewing them that way. Family owned/operated. Meat is extremely flavorful. Highly recommend Stuffed Homemade Burger(cheese mushroom inside) Cevapi. Our family has become regulars here this year.By the way there is a reason food is not served with ketchup and all the dressing- there is NO need for it! Just give it a try.

"My husband suggested this restaurant as he had had a good breakfast here recently. He described it as “good homemade food” (but to stay safe he added “but not as good as yours!”, good save! I like a good unfussy breakfast, and was looking forward to some “homemade” tasting food. We were directed to a booth quickly and greeted by our server for our drink order. Drinks arrived quickly and I was deciding if I wanted to spend carbs on a biscuit. I asked the server if they were homemade. She said “we bake them here”. I clarified my question to “do you MAKE them here” to which she replied, “no, they come in frozen”. Strike one. You CANNOT be a “Country cooking “ restaurant with frozen biscuits. I decided to see how a frozen biscuit was, never having had one. I ordered the Scrambler as did my husband, with a biscuit for me and a pancake for him. There must have been 47 potatoes in each dish, a MOUND of potatoes with 2 scrambled eggs on top. No gravy on mine (ordered that way a few sparse onions and peppers, and cheese. Potatoes were deep fried which made them nice and crispy. I asked to taste my husband’s gravy as I wanted to see how deliciously they made sausage gravy. I am 99% sure that the gravy was from one of those big 10lb cans you get at a wholesale place. The gravy was blech! It was almost grainy- and mostly flavorless. I should add here that the biscuit was also flavorless- as well as tough as a shoe. You cannot seriously call yourself “Country Cooking” if you cannot get biscuits and gravy right- or homemade. Service was good, atmosphere was busy- but I likely will not be back."
