"It was almost closing time when our group of 8 went in and the turned the lights out on us while we were filling our cups with the good stuff. I kind of understand but our bill was over $50 and if they had not rushed us it might have been even more. We go there all the time in OKC so had went there on purpose. Understand it was closing time but felt they were kind of rude. We had just spent a lot of money doing an Escape Room, then went over ton some desert but stopped for pizza first next door, then in for desert. We just spent about $500 to Orlando’s economy for an evening out for the 8 of us."

The restaurant is always clean and features fun holiday decorations. On nice days, you can enjoy sitting outside. They offer amazing cakes and delicious flavors!

Came before as a regular customer.Today I came back as a Uber driver the offering me a free ice cream the lady and the manager are great with there customers. Thank you so much for this experience. Not everyone it's very nice and appreciate customers like this. View menu

The woman at the front cashier is the sweetest person I've ever met. I wish she were part of my family! Her great and positive attitude really makes a difference. My mom lives in Brazil, and every time she visits, we HAVE to go to Menchie’s. Without fail, this lovely lady is always so kind. And of course, the yogurt is fantastic too!

Worst customer service ever. You really need to train your staff, specifically the big guy. We came in at 10:15 pm and I was there with my 5 year old. It was so hot outside. Just because the guy had to clean the store, he literally asked us to go and sit outside. They close at 11. It was very rude and inconsiderate of him. Never coming back.
