"Waited on hold for 15 minutes just to place a carry out order and was disconnected. I called back and the lady again attempted to put me on hold when I explained that I had previously been on hold and just wanted to place an order, she got a major attitude, acted so annoyed and then hung up on me. When I called back for a third time to speak with a manager, of course one wasn’t available. For small businesses during this time, you’d think they would want customer’s patronage. If they’re busy or short staffed, that’s understandable but the attitude and complete lack of courtesy is unacceptable."

As always, the experience was excellent. We had sushi, and there were five of us at the table. The service was fantastic thanks to our server. This is definitely one of our favorite spots!

I ordered takeout totaling over $250 and was asked twice if I wanted to leave a tip for the chef. Perhaps they should consider paying their chef a better wage instead of relying on customers to tip staff members who aren't servers.

eating was fantastic, I had the chicken stable or whatever and my man has a few sushi rolls. we both thought they were delicious. our waitress was very attentive and immediately took care of beverage refills and an application for additional washabi. the overall experience was great and we would recommend it to everyone. Good quality sushi. Novi and west Bloomfield has a lot of good sushi places so I am not surprised. I really like their udon. The stock is simple and clean. Feels like they really take their time to boil the stock instead of tasting like instant ramen packets like some other Japanese restaurants. In the same area, I think they are better than Kabuki
