"Almost a really good restaurant: The only problems were the tendency to overcoat, oversauce, or overcook. For example, we have a dozen beautiful oysters with a really delicious topping, calculated as a Ceviche style, but the oysters were buried in it. My wife got scallops, and the sauce was really delicious, but there was too much of it and her scallops (and my salmon) were overcooked a touch. The dessert was excellent, service was great, pretty good small wine and drinks list, and they have beautiful impressionistic paintings throughout the restaurant. So it was pleasant and I recommend Mint. I think it's just a few refinements necessary."

WOW! DELICIOUS, impeccable quality flavors! Artfully presented! Creative beautiful spaces! The chef came out to see us on the porch! We appreciated eating outside because of rising Covid #s. Can't wait to go again!

This was my first, but not last, visit to Mint. I was pleased it was open on a Sunday evening in Glens Falls, as there are not too many options then. The ambiance was fun, albeit a small room. The server was excellent as was the food. Will be back again!

we came to mint expect amazing food and what we received was sub par (very reconsidered duck and lack of pleasure everything else) service and ambience were delightful. It was very busy so that one night could have gone. it will try again in a quiet night.
