"We went there and found out it was a soft opening. The good was a a great bartender, a lovely restaurant and good service the bad – the food is not very good. The signature lemon soup was just okay and the stuffed peppers not good at all and the mousaka baked in a small casserole with so much cheese you had no idea what you are eating- but cheese. Left half of it over. Instead of taking it off the tab the owner gave us a free dessert. Unless they get their act together I don't know how they're going to succeed in their new location. We won't be going back."

I had an incredible experience celebrating a friend's birthday! Everyone had a fantastic time. The appetizers were delicious, and everyone indulged in them. The drinks were also amazing! I will definitely be back often. Cheers!

The food was quite good. It would be even better if they turned on the gas so they could grill fish and lamb. Currently, we could only order cold or baked dishes, but they were all very tasty. I will definitely return when their kitchen is fully operational.

We were SO excited to finally be able to go back to Molyvos, at their new location just west of the theater district. And we were really impressed with the food and service. The room is beautiful, and the location is perfect not only for Broadway shows, but also for the Signature, New Group, Playwrights Horizons and other nearby off and off Broadway theaters. And we can’t wait to go back for another meal. View menu

The on line reservation made a note that this was a business meal of three people. We were seated at a table just in the door, naturally a four top. The noise level was so high we all had a hard time hearing the other speak. On this survey, high noise level is described at "energetic. I differ. It 's uncomfortably noisy, to the point. I will come back when there is a full menu. The wine recommended was delicious.

I was thrilled to see Molyvos back in the beautiful space that was once occupied by Esca. The menu is limited for the soft opening, but we were not disappointed. We ordered a few small plates: dips, Greek salad, and meatballs, as well as spanakopita to share. For our main dish, we had moussaka, which was enough for three people. We really enjoyed everything. It’s a great spot for pre-theater dining. I will definitely be returning. We were informed that the full menu will be available in a few weeks.

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
