"Update: Went back tonight because we do try and support Spring Creek Buisnesses. It was a much better experience! Absolutely horrible experience tonight. It wasn't the waitresses fault she was awesome but we literally waited over an hour for a club sandwich and a shrimp basket that never came. We tipped the waitress and left. Do better that's ridiculous Service: Dine in"

"I ordered some pizzas for a pickup here. It was a little greasier then I'm used to but otherwise it was hot, fresh and tasted great. The service was friendly. I'm not a huge fan of its location for picking up. It's a small, oddly placed parking lot thatwas crowded with people hanging out on the tailgates when I was there. I've only eaten here the once so I'll have to update if Igo again and the service changes. I can't comment on phone deliveries that many seem to be upset about, as I never place phoneorders."

"NO MORE JJ's Please Read!!!! So i usually dont get on here and rant but tonight has easily been the most pissed off I have ever been with a business. Tonight at JJ's restaurant in spring creek my family went out for dinner. The service was mediocre at best and the food was more bland and dry than usual. Now this is all fine and dandy I understand off times in a businesses service however this is just the beginning of my anger . My wife genuinely told the server who was also the manager for the evening that her steak had very little flavor and was extremely undercooked for what was requested and that other items were not as good as they have been in the past. Well instead of taking what was said as an opportunity to improve we were immediately dismissed and told that this manager had never heard such things about their food, that she claimed that they had the best steak in town. Sadly not, if it hadn't been for the steak sauce there would have been no flavor and other items needed plenty of bbq sauce to have flavor or any moisture. She did discount our meal however and we left. Now here is where my anger starts. I had left my phone on the table and I returned and asked about it, nowhere to be found they said, checked where else I had been, no luck. Turn on family tracker to find it, it's somewhere near JJ's. Go back still no phone, dig through the **** dumpster with the bus boy, found everything else from our table including the wrappers that were left on the table from my kids snacks, no phone! Told they would look for it, they called no phone found. Well family tracker narrowed it down to a 7 yard circle behind the building. So me and my wife go back, now I'm really pissed, search in the dark calling my phone find it in the weeds not far from the back door but yet far enough that it was obviously thrown. Extremely freaking pissed!!! , all knowledge of what happened denied by them all but they apologized, kind of. However their staff at JJ's has shown me that I will no longer go there and so is my hope to all that read this. Their staff was extremely disrespectful, dishonest, and the quality is no longer in what you pay for."
