"The menu at this cozy little restaurant is truly impressive. I tried the California chicken cheesesteak, and it was fantastic. The maize nuggets, featured prominently on the menu, were delicious and something I had never tasted before. The sodas were also delightful; I had the black cherry while my son enjoyed an orange and cream flavor. I do have a minor complaint: we were seated outside by the water and were overlooked for about 10 minutes before someone came to attend to us. However, once we were acknowledged, the service was quick and friendly. Overall, it was lovely to enjoy our meal by the water."

"Great location off of Green Street in Tuckerton. Parking is a dirt lot shared with the boat slip owners, and it can be challenging going in and out. Great breakfast and lunch selections. Always busy on the weekends. Daily specials for both breakfast and lunch. Outside seating available as well as boat tie up for arriving by water. The corned beef hash is excellent. Enjoy the great views."

"Kostos: You Need Eat There!!!! The food and service is absolutely scrumptious and fantastic! 1. Dip Trio w/ Pita: Each dip is better than the next. The Tyrokateri is probably my favorite, but it was hard to choose between the Hummus Melitzanosalata. Really fresh flavors and perfectly seasoned. 2. Fried Calamari: Tender with just the right amount of perfectly seasoned breading. 3. Gigantes: Very delicious. The sauce they are cooked in is perfectly savory. 4. Gyro Platter: Meat is absolutely tender and the seasoning brings out the flavor. It’s enough for two people. 5. Horiatiki Salad: Very light and compliments the meal. Super fresh ingredients. 6. Avgolemono Soup: Homemade deliciousness. 7. Spanakopita: Fully stuffed but very light. Good, but subtle flavor. 8. Ruth, I believe was our server’s name, is amazing. Very friendly, attentive, and made the experience perfectly enjoyable! The entire staff is welcoming and friendly."

"The staff here clearly understands that attentive service is a crucial part of an exceptional dining experience. From the water server to the hostess to the guy sneaking a quick smoke in the back, their actions spoke volumes. The freshly baked bread served with real butter—a rarity in many places—set the stage for an enjoyable evening. It sparked conversations not only about Tuckerton and nearby Hammonton but also about the ongoing spiritual journey within the Garden State. I couldn't resist trying the delicious New England clam chowder—thankfully not overly salty, which can often be the case. I followed it with a classic Caesar salad—again, perfectly seasoned and happily devoid of tomatoes, staying true to authentic Italian cucina! My friend Thomas had the crusted salmon, a dish so beautifully presented it could have been framed and displayed. He dug in with such enthusiasm that I barely managed to snap a quick photo before it disappeared from his plate. It was evident that the food had lifted his spirits after a long day. The Grapevine is an excellent choice for a relaxing evening out, offering reasonable prices for both food and drinks, with iced tea being a particularly refreshing option. Families can celebrate special occasions here in a serene atmosphere. However, the evident passion for food preparation and service may be something younger patrons overlook. As Joseph Conrad once observed, youth can often be squandered. While I might not be well-versed in the current political landscape of New Jersey, I sincerely hope The Grapevine continues to thrive, serving divine meals and featuring its charming staff. If it does, this timeless corner of the East Coast—Tuckerton—will remain a cherished destination, deserving of our continued support."

"My family I went Saturday 4/16/22 the day before Easter Sunday to have dinner together. I order Coconut Shrimp which was very good! My only complaint was that the live music was so loud. We had to scream over the woman that was singing just to hear each other at out table. We intended on staying for desert and some drinks but ended up having to leave as soon as we were done eating because the kids were complaining of the loudness of the music. It was our 1st time visiting this restaurant.. it was a cozy atmosphere and would be a 5 star had it not been for the extremely loud singing that was so amplified. We normally like to have some music playing but not to the point where we had to scream to each our family members. The staff was polite and had our orders to us in a timely manner."
