"I had a negative experience at this restaurant. The elderly Asian man who took my order was especially impolite. The service throughout my previous visits has always been poor, but I decided to give it another chance since it is conveniently located. Unfortunately, the food was disappointing as well - it was dry and overcooked. Overall, I would suggest going elsewhere for teriyaki. The service, atmosphere, and food quality were all rated as a 1 out of 5. The price per person for dinner is $10-20."

The staff at this restaurant are very unpleasant and have no issue making you feel unimportant as a customer. I would recommend avoiding this place unless you actually enjoy being treated this way.

I ordered chicken breast teriyaki with brown rice. The brown rice was a goopy glob and the chicken tasted awful with a rubbery texture. Very disappointing. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 View menu

Order take out and they never called out when the order was ready. I was sat there for a while so I eventually got up and my order was just sitting on the counter. They didn’t give me a time estimate when I ordered so was I just supposed to know when it was ready? customer service seems lacking Service: Take out

I typically order takeout from this restaurant and recently visited in person. The yakisoba dish wasn't my favorite, but I really enjoyed the gyoza and chicken teriyaki. I felt that the prices were a bit high for only three items, but overall not too bad. Since it's the closest Japanese restaurant in my area, I will continue to come here when I'm craving teriyaki.

Today, we ordered the spicy chicken teriyaki at this restaurant. Unfortunately, it was very salty and lacked any spiciness. It seemed different from what we have had before, as the previous spicy chicken teriyaki had a red sauce and was indeed spicy. This version seemed like the regular teriyaki with a darker color. Overall, it was a disappointing experience and the quality was definitely lacking. View menu

I'm not sure if the quality has declined, but the chicken was extremely dry and seemed like it had been frozen for a long time. The portion sizes were good, but the food was barely edible when reheated the next day. I would not recommend dining here. The service for take-out was rated a 3 out of 5. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20. The food received a rating of 2 out of 5, while the atmosphere was rated a 2 out of 5 as well.

This restaurant is perfect for hardworking blue-collar workers who serve our community. While the service may not be top-notch and the presentation is nothing special, what they do offer is a large portion of food with decent quality at an affordable price. We had enough leftovers for a few more meals. The owners are kind and genuine, though they may not engage in small talk. Consider them when you need a quick and simple takeout option on busy nights.

"I walked in and the counter attendant asked to go? (Before I had even arrived at the counter. So points for promptness. when I answered No, she looks startled. Then quickly came out from behind the counter and pointed to a smaller table saying There. You will sit there. I looked at her kind of surprised and astonished, answered Yes, sure. Taking a quick look around I noticed I was the only non-Asian person in the place, at the moment.I ordered the hot and sour soup, Mongolian chicken with one star (after a brief awkward conversation about spice , and steamed rice. Service was very prompt, I had tea immediately and soup right after. Had to wait a while for the teabag to steep, no worries. The hot and sour soup, however, was missing any body or underlying sweetness. It also contained some weird clear gel substance; guaranteed it 's not homemade and had likely been very quickly assembled for me. The combination of the flavor and the weird gel kind of put me off so didn 't really eat it.Mongolian chicken, however was very flavorful and had a great balance of flavors. Unfortunately, missing the traditional green onions and with very few crispy rice noodles under the stirfry.Regarding to go containers, not only do they not have compostable, when I requested something different then the two styles of Styrofoam he offered, ended up hearing about how everything else was very expensive. Knowing full well, by the tone of the discussion that he had not investigated many options, I gently persisted that compostables were not that much more expensive and that they could charge 25¢ or 30¢ more for each dish, to cover that; and one more time, how bad Styrofoam is for the environment. But upon every attempt, he simply cut me off and repeated too expensive. Eventually, those things will be outlawed and it 's a pity so many Asian restaurants are going to have to go through this transition the hard way.I will probably return sometime later this year to see if a I 'm treated like less of a freak when I walk in, b they 've upped their soup game, and c they got the message about compostable containers."

"We 've ordered from this Garlic Crush location for some two years and always enjoyed the food. However, their quality in service and portions has steadily declined. Today 's experience will be our final one. I just picked up an order that included the kid 's kefta plate which according to their website comes: with hummus. Includes a small drink, pita bread, and your choice of rice, fries, or salad. We have ordered this item before and were satisfied customers. This is why we ordered it again, and the attached photo is why we are upset. No rice and dry meat. Mistakes happen, so I called to notify staff and see if I can swing back by to pick up rice. The staff member that answered was rude and dismissive. He said that an order of extra pita (why by the way, is a separate line item on our receipt) somehow...exempted us from getting the rice we paid for? I expressed confusion, even reading off the menu description, but he double downed that the extra pita requested would exempt the rice paid for (so two purchases would give one item). Then he told me to just order (and pay again) another side of rice or reorder the kefta plate. In other words, there was no solution. Mistakes happen, things get busy, whatever. But the restaurant was not busy this afternoon and the response I got was not okay. This location has become increasingly problematic with missing items and no basic foundation of customer service. Good luck if you get what you pay for."
